Day 1: Istanbul–Jeddah
Meet at 15:25 in front of the Saudi Airlines counter at the international departures terminal of Istanbul New Airport. After baggage and passport procedures, we depart for Jeddah at 18:25 with Saudi Airlines flight SV278. Arrival in Jeddah at 22:20.
Day 2: Jeddah–Bangkok
Then we depart for Bangkok at 02:00 on Saudi Airlines scheduled flight SV844. After breakfast served on the plane, we arrive at Bangkok Suvarnabhumi Airport at 13:40 local time. Meet our guide waiting at the airport and depart with our private vehicles for a Bangkok city tour. Some of the sights to be seen on this panoramic Bangkok tour are the Golden Buddha Temple, Flower Market, Chinatown, Parliament Building, and Democracy Monument. During this tour, we will have the opportunity to get to know both Bangkok’s exotic beauty and Buddhism, which deeply influences Thailand. At the end of the tour, transfer to our hotel, room allocation, and check-in. Guests who wish may join the optional Bangkok Canals Tour. In the evening, guests who wish may join the optional Baiyoke Tour.

You cannot say you have seen Bangkok without taking this tour. During our tour, we will see unusual sights that can be found nowhere else in the world as we travel by private boat along Bangkok’s historic canals. We will closely observe the life of the Thai people on the canals and witness the mingling of Thailand’s wealthy and poor. We will feed sacred catfish in front of one of the temples.
Optional Tour: Dinner at Baiyoke Sky & Asiatique Riverfront Night Market: Per Person 50 Euro
On this tour, Baiyoke Sky, with its height of 309 meters, is Thailand’s tallest 85-story building. At the restaurant on the 77th floor, with a 360-degree view of the entire city, a wonderful open-buffet dinner awaits against a magnificent view. Afterwards, we go to Asiatique, built in the area where the first trade between Thailand and overseas European countries took place, dating back to the historic Siam Kingdom. It is Bangkok’s newest entertainment center, where history and modernity meet, with more than 1,500 shops and restaurants. Free time for shopping, then transfer to our hotel.
Day 3: Bangkok
After breakfast, free time. Guests who wish may join the optional Floating Market Tour during the day, and in the evening may join the optional Chao Phraya Dinner Cruise & Asiatique Riverfront Night Market Tour. Overnight at our hotel.
Optional Tour: Floating Market Tour Per Person: 50 Euro
On this tour, we leave Bangkok and first stop at a coconut plantation in the town of Samut Songkhram, the birthplace of the world-famous Siamese twins. Here we learn about how the Thai people benefit from the coconut tree and see souvenirs made from this tree. You may also visit the orchid garden inside. After leaving here, we take about a 10-minute bus ride to the pier where Thai-style boats depart. From there, after an enjoyable half-hour journey by boat through beautiful exotic Far Eastern scenery, we arrive at the famous Floating Market, featured on magazine covers and in documentaries. You will see the open market set up in canoes on the river and have the opportunity to shop. On the way back to Bangkok, you will taste Thailand’s most famous tropical fruits selected by your guide.
Optional Tour: Chao Phraya Dinner Cruise: Per Person 50 Euro
On this tour, a live-music dinner awaits you on our 41-meter-wide boat on the Chao Phraya, Bangkok’s royal river, known as the Venice of the Far East. After dinner, transfer to our hotel. Overnight at the hotel.
Day 4: Bangkok – Pattaya
After breakfast, we depart for Pattaya. Visit to the world-famous jewelry factory belonging to the royal family and arrival in Pattaya, Thailand’s most famous entertainment resort. Transfer to our hotel and free time. Guests who wish may join the optional Elephant Safari and Crocodile Farm Tour. After the tour, guests who wish may join the world-famous optional ALCAZAR SHOW tour in the evening. Overnight at your hotel.

On this tour, we will watch a dangerous crocodile show and then walk through a beautifully landscaped garden. You can take souvenir photos with tigers, feed the elephants by hand, and see various Far Eastern animals in the lovely garden.

Day 5: Pattaya
After breakfast, free time. Guests who wish may join the optional Coral Island Tour, famous for its coral reefs. Overnight at our hotel.

Unlimited sun and ocean enjoyment... From Pattaya beach, we go by private speedboats to Coral Island, with its white sandy beach made of coral powder among palm trees, where we can swim in turquoise waters all day. Lunch consists of grilled fish, shepherd’s salad, and tropical fruits.
Day 6: Pattaya – Phuket
After breakfast, airport transfer will take place at the time specified by our guide. After ticketing and baggage procedures, our pleasant journey of about 1.5 hours to Phuket begins with local airlines. Arrival in Phuket and transfer to our hotel by our private vehicle waiting for us. In the evening, guests who wish may join the optional Siam Niramit Show Tour.

After taking our dinner as an open buffet before the show, we move to the theater area where the performance is held. Presenting Thailand’s culture and history to the audience through unique choreographies, the Siam Niramit Show promises an unforgettable evening with its gigantic stage, listed in the Guinness Book of Records, its cast of over 150 dancers, and the world’s latest stage technology. We watch the storytelling of Thai culture in a magical atmosphere with 4D effects, eye-catching stage costumes, aerial ballet, acrobatics, and lights and stage decorations.
Day 7: Phuket
After breakfast, free time. Guests who wish may join the optional full-day James Bond Island and Canoe Tour with lunch, departing at 07:30. Overnight at your hotel.

On our journey to James Bond Island by authentic boats, we will have the chance to see rocky islets, one of the world’s most beautiful geological formations. Upon arrival, we will have the opportunity to see the places where the James Bond film was shot and do some shopping. On the way back, we will have lunch at a seafood restaurant.
Day 8: Phuket
After breakfast, free time. Guests who wish may join the optional Phi Phi Island Tour. Overnight at your hotel.

We organize a full-day trip to perhaps Thailand’s most exotic island by speedboat. With our speedboats, we quickly reach Phi Phi Don, the first of Phuket’s two paradise coral islands. We see the macaque monkeys at Monkey Beach and have the opportunity to swim and snorkel among thousands of colorful fish. We also have time to swim and sunbathe at Maya Bay, where some scenes of Leonardo DiCaprio’s The Beach were filmed, with its palm-fringed beach and crystal-clear turquoise sea. Later, we visit Viking Cave and have lunch on Phi Phi Island.
Day 9: Phuket–Jeddah–Istanbul
After breakfast, free time until the time specified by our guide. At the appointed time, our airport transfer takes place. After ticketing and baggage procedures, we depart for Jeddah at 23:55 on Saudi Airlines scheduled flight SV853.
Day 10: Jeddah–Istanbul
After ticketing and baggage procedures, we arrive in Jeddah at 04:55 local time. Then we depart for Istanbul at 09:40 on Saudi Airlines scheduled flight. Arrival at Istanbul New Airport at 13:45 and end of our tour.

GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1- General Terms and Conditions are an integral part of the tour program and cannot be considered independently from the tour program.
2- If sufficient participation for the trip is not provided, Wtatil can cancel the tour up to 21 days before the tour date. In this case, the cancellation information will be communicated to the guest. The entire tour fee will be refunded to the guest. Refunds for additional services purchased outside the tour; domestic flight connections purchased from Wtatil will also be refunded to the guest, while visa services and travel health insurance, if used to submit a visa application on behalf of the guest, cannot be refunded because these services have been used. If the guest purchased the domestic flight connection from a different provider independent of Wtatil, the guest cannot claim any fee refunds from Wtatil in the event of tour cancellation by Wtatil. The guest accepts any material and moral losses that may arise from the tour cancellation in advance when purchasing the tour, and Wtatil cannot be held responsible.
3- In cases where sufficient participation for the trip is not provided, Wtatil has the right to show goodwill and not cancel the tour. In this case, since the tour will be provided individually for the guest, the included guide service will only cover the round-trip airport transfer abroad.
Cancellation and Change
4- Our guests have the right to cancel without penalty by notifying Wtatil in writing up to 30 days before the tour departure date, except for the airline tickets paid and/or committed to the airline. If there are less than 31 days remaining until the trip start date, the guest can cancel by paying a penalty of 50% of the remaining tour fee, and if there are 15 days or less remaining until the trip start date, they can cancel by paying the full penalty fee. In case of cancellation requests, the refund conditions for additional services such as domestic connections, visa services, and travel health insurance may vary according to the cancellation request period, so it is advisable to inquire in advance about the returns. Wtatil cannot make any commitment regarding the refund of additional services.
Guiding Services and Extra Tours
5- The days and times of the tours specified in the program may be changed by the guide according to the open/closed status of museums and archaeological sites in the places to be visited and the weather conditions. Different guides may accompany our guests during the tours.
6- Panoramic city tours included in the tour package are the maximum of 2-3 hours tours conducted as panoramic tours with guidance from the vehicle, without museum or archaeological site entries included, intended for the general promotion of cities. In the event of restrictions on visits due to local authority regulations or if the tours cannot be conducted due to closed roads or adverse weather conditions, Wtatil shall not be held responsible for the non-execution of the mentioned tours, including other tours specified in the program. Some tours may be conducted using public transport or on foot, where possible, due to closed roads or restrictions on vehicle access.
7- Our guide may change the days of the city tour and/or additional tours depending on the number of participants and the closure status of the museum and archaeological site. This also applies in the event of any changes in flight times.
8- Important points to consider for tours conducted with speedboats; heavy meals should not be consumed immediately before boarding, and excessive amounts of water should not be drunk. Guests with stomach, back, neck complaints, and pregnant guests should inform their guides of their conditions.
9- If services such as tours or meal services included in the prices are not utilized, there will be no refund.
About Flights
10- Wtatil acts as an intermediary institution between passengers and the airline, and in case of possible disputes, the relevant provisions of Turkish legislation as well as the Hague Protocol and the Warsaw Convention will be applied.
11- Delays or changes in flight times may occur in scheduled and charter flights. Wtatil is obligated to inform these changes as soon as possible. The passenger has accepted the risk of changes/cancellations in flight times by purchasing the tour.
12- Children aged 0-2 only pay the airport tax fee.
13- According to the rules of the airlines; if the outbound flight of round-trip airline tickets purchased is not used, the return flight will be canceled by the airline.
14- Check-in and boarding procedures for those participating in tours with flights are personal responsibilities and must be completed by the guest at airports before the flight, at the relevant airline counters, or online on the airlines' websites.
15- Last-minute delays and gate changes during flights are announced verbally at airports and displayed on information boards. This information must be followed by the guests.
16- Wtatil is not responsible for passengers who are not present at the specified airport at the indicated times in accordance with airline rules, do not complete check-in and boarding procedures on time, or complete check-in and boarding procedures on time but do not board the aircraft. All expenses relating to obtaining new outgoing-return airline tickets and transfers in the destination area for passengers who miss their flights are the responsibility of the guests.
17- The general baggage weight allowance for flights departing from Turkey is 20 kg. This weight may vary according to the airline and the country of destination. If there are domestic flights in the country to which you are traveling, this baggage weight may decrease to 15 kg. Excess baggage weight/price rules are determined by the airlines and are not the responsibility of Wtatil.
18- For guests wishing to upgrade their flight tickets with miles (to business or first class); after the tickets are issued, upgrade transactions can be performed depending on the available capacity of the airline (check the airline you are a member of). A mileage guarantee is not provided for each flight. Check if the program tickets can be upgraded.
19- Some airlines' meal and online check-in services may incur additional charges.
Other Matters
20- Wtatil will not accept any responsibility for changes or cancellations made directly by the guest by contacting the hotel. In this case, the cancellation conditions of Wtatil will apply.
21- In cases where hotels are presented only with category information without specifying names and/or offered with options for the same destination, Wtatil will inform the guest 48 hours before the trip departure.
22- During special periods like fairs, congresses, concerts, events, or sports tournaments, hotels may be located further than the specified locations or distances. In this case, Wtatil will provide information 15 days before the trip start date.
23- At the time of registering for the purchased tour; it is necessary for the guest to enter/declare the name, date of birth, and passport number as they appear on the passport correctly in the system. Airline tickets are issued based on this information. Any penalties incurred due to incorrect information will be charged to the guests.
24- To use mobile phones abroad, you should check with your service provider before leaving Turkey to ensure that your phone is enabled for international use.
25- The hotel check-in time is 15:00, and the check-out time is 12:00.
26- Requests regarding rooms (high floor, close to common areas, smoking/non-smoking, bed type) are communicated to the hotel by Wtatil. Care is taken for reserved rooms to align with the guest's preferences, subject to availability at the time of check-in. The realization of these requests depends upon hotel availability and cannot be guaranteed by Wtatil.
27- The breakfast offered at hotels may differ from the rich traditional Turkish breakfast. Generally, it is a limited continental breakfast consisting of butter, jam, bread, tea, or coffee and may be served in a separate hall designated for groups.
28- In some cases, double rooms may consist of a double bed instead of two single beds. Most European hotels offer rooms with two beds that can be combined if needed.
29- Child and extra bed policies vary by hotel and room types.
30- All kinds of extra beds and baby cots are provided upon request and depending on the hotel's availability and must be approved by the hotel.
31- The capacity for extra beds or baby cots in the room is limited to 1 (maximum).
32- In triple rooms, there is an extra bed application, and the bed allocated for the 3rd person is smaller than standard beds. Triple rooms consist of 1 large bed + 1 extra bed. Extra beds consist of foldable and coach beds. Our guests accept that they are aware of the possible crowding and bed types due to extra beds added to standard rooms in triple room and/or child reservations.
33- If the number of children accompanying the adults and their ages is incorrectly declared during hotel reservations, the relevant hotels may charge additional fees. In this case, the responsibility lies with the guest who made the incorrect declaration. Hotels may request identification for age verification of children.
34- In reservations for 2 adults + 1 child, there may not be a separate bed for the child. Child rates are only valid if the child is accommodated alongside two adults. Child discounts apply only for one "single child" accompanying two adults within the applicable age group.
35- The exchange rate during the day is reflected in the TL prices. The exchange rates at the time of payment are applicable. Additional requests and some extra services you may receive at the hotel (minibar, ironing, etc.) are subject to additional charges at the hotel, and these costs are not included in the purchase price and are paid directly to the hotel during your stay.
36- Some countries have different implementations related to city, tourism, or local taxes. All city, tourism, or other taxes being applied will be collected from the guest by the hotel at the time of entry or exit.
37- The distances given in the programs are based on maps. Travel times may be extended due to traffic, weather conditions, the geographic location of the country being visited, roadworks, and conditions.
38- Wtatil may change the order of cities in the program and the main airline to be flown without altering the content of the program in mandatory conditions or when deemed necessary.
39- Personal belongings, bags, suitcases, passports/identifications of individuals participating in the tour are under their own responsibility, and Wtatil is not responsible for items that are forgotten/lost/stolen. In cases where forgotten items are found, the expenses incurred while delivering them to the country and/or individual will be borne by the owner of the item.
40- Participants in the tour are required to carry their travel health insurance policies and any medications and reports related to their health issues with them.
41- For possible extra expenses, a photo ID/passport issued by official institutions and a credit card or cash deposit may be requested upon check-in, and the return of the requested deposit at check-out is a transaction between the hotel and the guest, and Wtatil has no intervention in this matter.
Visa and Passport
42- There is no visa requirement for Turkish citizens.
43- Guests must ensure that their passports are valid for at least 6 months from the end date of their travel.
44- For customs crossings/border gates, there must be at least 2 blank pages in your passport for the entry-exit stamp to be affixed.
45- Being exempt from a visa for entry into the countries in this tour does not mean that entry/exit from the country is guaranteed; the passport police have the authority to deny entry or exit to you, and Wtatil is not responsible for this situation; the responsibility lies with the traveler.
46- Guests who are not Turkish citizens or who hold dual citizenship and plan to participate in the tour using their other country's passport must inquire about the visa procedures the travel country applies to the passport they will use directly from the relevant consulates; otherwise, Wtatil will not be held responsible for the resulting consequences.
47- In cases of torn, worn, wet, and/or similar damaged passports, to avoid issues with customs police at the border gate of the country to be visited, it is necessary to renew the passports. Otherwise, the responsibility lies with the traveler.
48- Guests under 18 years old are advised to show sensitivity to the possibility of being asked to present a document demonstrating the joint consent of both parents when traveling alone or only with one parent for entry-exit from the country; hence, guests under 18 years and their parents should be attentive regarding this matter.
