DISTANCE SALES AGREEMENT

1. PARTIES

This agreement has been established at a distance between the parties whose information is given below.

BUYER:

The person purchasing services via the website (hereinafter referred to as "Buyer").

2. SUBJECT OF THE AGREEMENT

The subject of this agreement is to determine the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the sale and execution of the tour, organization, or travel services purchased electronically by the Buyer through the Seller's website.

3. SERVICE DETAILS

The purchased service includes;

• Type (domestic / international tour, accommodation, transportation, etc.),
• Date,
• Duration,
• Number of people,
• Total sales amount,

which will be determined according to the information confirmed by the Buyer during the order process.

4. FORMATION OF THE AGREEMENT

The Buyer electronically declares that they have read, understood, and accepted this agreement while purchasing services through the website. The agreement comes into effect upon completion of the payment transaction.

5. PAYMENT AND DELIVERY

The Buyer pays the service fee through credit card (POS system) or other online payment methods.

After the payment is confirmed, the reservation is finalized, and information is provided to the Buyer via email or SMS.

6. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND CANCELLATION CONDITIONS

Since tourism services fall under services that must be provided on a specific date, there is no right of withdrawal according to the Law No. 6502 on the Protection of Consumers.

However;

• In cancellations made a certain period before the beginning date of the tour, deductions may apply.
• The cancellation and refund conditions may vary depending on the specific terms of the purchased tour.

The Buyer is deemed to have accepted these conditions prior to purchase.

7. FORCE MAJEURE

In the case of natural disasters, weather conditions, wars, strikes, epidemics, and other unforeseen circumstances, changes may be made to the tour program or the tour may be canceled. In such cases, the Seller cannot be held responsible.

8. SELLER'S OBLIGATIONS

The Seller is obliged to fulfill the purchased service in accordance with the advertised conditions. In mandatory situations, the right to provide equivalent services is reserved.

9. BUYER'S OBLIGATIONS

The Buyer;

• Accepts that the information provided during the purchase is correct,
• Will comply with the rules of the tour,
• Accepts responsibility for passport, visa, and other official procedures.

10. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

In case of disputes arising from this agreement, the Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts located in the Buyer's settlement area are authorized within the monetary limits announced by the Ministry of Trade of the Republic of Turkey.

11. EFFECT

With the payment made through the website, the Buyer is deemed to have accepted all terms of this agreement.
