Bangkok - Pattaya - Phuket Tour 7 Nights with Mahan Airlines BKK-HKT
Day 1: ISTANBUL-TEHRAN
Meeting at 08:15 in front of Mahan Airlines counter at Istanbul New Airport's International Departure terminal. After our luggage and passport procedures, we depart to Tehran at 11:00 on Mahan Airlines flight W5113. We arrive in Tehran at 14:30. Then, we depart for Bangkok at 21:40 on Mahan Airlines flight W5051.
Day 2: TEHRAN-BANGKOK
After breakfast on the plane, we arrive at Bangkok Suvarnabhumi Airport at 08:20 local time. We meet our guide at the airport and transfer to our vehicles for a Bangkok city tour, where we will visit the Golden Buddha Temple, Flower Market, Chinatown, Parliament Building, and Democracy Monument, among other sights. During this tour, we will have the opportunity to get to know both the exotic beauty of Bangkok and the Buddhism that deeply affects Thailand. After the tour, we transfer to our hotel, allocate rooms, and settle in. Guests wishing can join an optional Bangkok Canals tour. In the evening, guests can optionally join the Baiyoke tour.

One cannot say they have seen Bangkok without joining this tour. During our tour, we will get a chance to see unique views that cannot be found anywhere else in the world on our special boat along Bangkok’s historic canals. You will closely witness the lives of the Thai people on the canals and the fusion of Thailand’s rich and poor classes. We will feed the sacred catfish in front of one of the temples.
Optional Tour: Baiyoke Sky Dinner & Asiatique Riverfront Night Market: Per Person 50 Euro
In this tour, Baiyoke Sky is Thailand’s tallest 85-story building at 309 meters. In the restaurant located on the 77th floor, you can enjoy a buffet dinner with a stunning view of the entire city. Following this, we will head to Asiatique, Bangkok's newest entertainment center filled with over 1500 shops and restaurants, built in the historical area where trade first occurred between Thailand and overseas European countries during the Siam Kingdom. There will be free time for shopping before we transfer back to the hotel.
Day 3: BANGKOK
After breakfast, guests have free time. Those wishing can join the optional Floating Market Tour during the day and the optional Chao Praya Dinner Cruise & Asiatique Riverfront Night Market tour in the evening. Overnight at our hotel.
Optional Tour: Floating Market Tour Per Person: 50 Euro
In this tour, we will first stop at a coconut farm in Samut Songkram, known for the Siam Twins, and learn about how the Thai people benefit from coconut trees and see souvenirs made from this wood. You may also visit the orchid garden inside. After this, a short bus ride of about 10 minutes will bring us to the pier where the Thai-style boats depart. We will board the boats and enjoy about half an hour of a delightful journey with exotic Eastern views before we arrive at the famous Floating Market, which has been featured on magazine covers and documentaries. You will witness and have shopping opportunities at the open market set up on the canoes. On the return to Bangkok, we will taste Thailand's most famous tropical fruits.
Optional Tour: Chao Praya Dinner Cruise: Per Person: 50 Euro
In this tour, you will have dinner on our boat, renowned as the Venice of the East, on the Chao Praya River. After our dinner, we will transfer back to the hotel for the night.
Day 4: BANGKOK -PATTAYA
After breakfast, we head to Pattaya. We visit a world-famous jewelry factory owned by the royal family and arrive at Pattaya, Thailand's most famous entertainment resort. Transfer to our hotel and free time. Guests wishing can join the optional Elephant Safari and Crocodile Farm tour. Later in the evening, those interested can optionally attend the world-famous Alcazar Show tour. Overnight at your hotel.

How many times in your life can you go on a safari on an elephant? Here’s your opportunity. After learning about elephants, we will experience a safari in the forest on elephants.
Optional Tour: Crocodile Farm Tour: Per Person: 20 Euro
In this tour, we will watch the dangerous shows with crocodiles and then explore the beautifully arranged garden. We will take souvenir photos with tigers and have the chance to feed elephants while observing various Eastern exotic animals in the garden.
Optional Tour: Alcazar Show Tour: Per Person: 35 Euro
In this beautiful cabaret show in the Lido style of Thailand, we spend a wonderful evening filled with changing stage decorations, costumes of dancers, and a magnificent sound and lighting system.
Day 5: PATTAYA
After breakfast, guests have free time. Those wishing can join the optional Coral Island Tour, famous for its coral reefs. Overnight at the hotel.

Endless sun and ocean delight… We will head to Coral Island, composed of coral sands, from Pattaya beach using our special speed boats, where we can swim in turquoise waters all day long. Lunch consists of grilled fish, shepherd's salad, and tropical fruits.
Day 6: PATTAYA -PHUKET
After breakfast, we will transfer to the airport at the time indicated by our guide. After ticket and luggage procedures, we will start our pleasant journey to Phuket with a local airline that takes approximately 1.5 hours. Arrival in Phuket and transfer to our hotel with our waiting special vehicle. Those interested can optionally join the Siam Niramit Show tour in the evening.

After enjoying an open buffet dinner before the show, we proceed to the theater where the performance takes place. The Siam Niramit Show showcases the culture and history of Thailand with unique choreography and is noted in the Guinness Book of Records for its massive stage, over 150 dancers, and the most advanced stage technologies worldwide, offering an unforgettable evening. We watch the enchanting narrative of Thai culture through 4D effects, stunning stage costumes, aerial ballet, acrobatics, and atmospheric light and decor.
Day 7: PHUKET
After breakfast, guests have free time. Those wishing can join the optional James Bond Island and Canoe Tour with a lunch included at 07:30. Overnight at the hotel.

We will have an opportunity to see the most beautiful geological formations of the islands on our journey to James Bond Island on authentic boats. Upon arrival, you will see the locations where the James Bond films were shot and have time for shopping. On the way back, we will have lunch at a seafood restaurant.
Day 8: PHUKET
After breakfast, guests have free time. Those wishing can optionally join the Phi Phi Island Tour. Overnight at the hotel.

We organize a full-day trip to perhaps the most exotic island in Thailand by speedboat. We quickly reach Phi Phi Don, one of the two paradise coral islands near Phuket. We will see long-tailed Macaque monkeys at Monkey Beach and have the opportunity to swim and snorkel with thousands of colorful fish. We'll also have time to swim in the clear turquoise sea at Maya Bay, where some scenes from the movie The Beach featuring Hollywood star Leonardo Di Caprio were filmed, and after visiting Viking Cave, we will have lunch on Phi Phi Island.
Day 9: Phuket-Tehran-Istanbul
After breakfast, free time until the time designated by our guide. Our transfer to the airport takes place at the specified time. After ticket and luggage procedures, we depart to Tehran at 21:40 on Mahan Airlines flight W5056. We arrive in Tehran at local time 01:45. Then, we depart for Istanbul at 06:30 on Mahan Airlines flight W5112. We arrive at Istanbul New Airport at 09:30, marking the end of our tour.

Not Included
GENERAL TERMS
1- The General Terms are an integral part of the tour program and cannot be considered independently of the tour program.
2- In the event that sufficient participation is not achieved for the trip; Wtatil can cancel the tour up to 21 days prior to the departure date. In such a case, the cancellation information will be communicated to the guest. The total tour fee will be refunded to the guest. For additional services purchased outside of the tour; domestic flight connections purchased from Wtatil will also be refunded to the guest, visa services will not be refunded if a visa application has been made using travel health insurance, as these services will have been used; if a visa application has not been made, both visa and travel health insurance will be canceled and a refund will be made. If the guest purchased the domestic flight connection from a different provider independently of Wtatil, in the event of cancellation of the trip by Wtatil, the guest cannot demand any refund from Wtatil. The guest accepts in advance any material and moral losses that may arise due to the cancellation of the tour upon purchasing the tour; Wtatil cannot be held responsible.
3- In the event that sufficient participation is not achieved for the trip, Wtatil reserves the right to show goodwill and not to cancel the tour. In this case, the provision of the tour individually for the guest will be the case, and the included guiding service in the package will only cover the transfer to and from the airport for international flights.
Cancellation and Change
4- Our guests have the right to cancel without penalty, provided that they notify Wtatil in writing at least 30 days before the tour departure date, except for flight tickets that have been paid for and/or guaranteed to the airline. In case of less than 31 days until the start of the trip, a penalty equal to 50% of the remaining tour fee will be paid from the cost of the airline ticket, and in case of 15 days or less until the start of the trip, the entire tour fee will be paid as a penalty to cancel. In case of a request for cancellation, the cancellation and refund conditions for additional services such as domestic flight connections, visa services, and travel health insurance may vary based on the time of the cancellation request, so it is necessary to inquire about their refund in advance. Wtatil cannot make any commitments regarding the cancellation refunds of additional services.
Guiding Services and Extra Tours
5- The days and times of the tours specified in the program may change according to the opening/closing status of museums and historical sites in the destinations and weather conditions as determined by the guide. Different guides may accompany our guests during the tours.
6- Panoramic city tours included in the tour package are organized for the general introduction of the cities and are conducted as panoramic tours from within the vehicle with guiding explanations, not including entrance to museums or historical sites, lasting maximum 2-3 hours. If the panoramic tours cannot be held due to restrictions imposed by local authorities preventing visits on the day and time specified in the program, or due to road closures for any event, or due to weather conditions making the tour impossible, Wtatil is not responsible for the failure to conduct these tours. Some tours may be implemented via public transport or on foot due to closed roads or areas where vehicle access is not permitted.
7- Our guide may make changes to the days of city tours and/or additional tours based on participant numbers and the status of museum and historical sites being closed. This applies in cases where there are changes in flight times as well.
8- Important considerations for tours to be conducted with Speed Boats include; avoiding heavy meals and excessive drinking of water just before boarding the boat. Guests who have stomach, back, neck complaints or are pregnant are required to inform their guides about their conditions.
9- There will be no refund if the included services such as tours or meal services are not utilized.
About Flights
10- Wtatil is an intermediary between the airline and the passenger, and in cases of disputes, the relevant provisions of Turkish legislation, as well as the Hague Protocol and the Warsaw Convention will apply.
11- Delays or changes in flight times may occur for scheduled and charter flights. Wtatil is obligated to inform about these changes as soon as possible. The passenger accepts the risk of changes/cancellations to the flight times when purchasing the trip.
12- Children aged 0-2 only pay the airport tax fee.
13- According to airline regulations; if the outbound flight of return tickets purchased as round-trip is not used, the return flight will be canceled by the airline.
14- For those participating in tours by plane, check-in and boarding procedures are personal responsibilities and must be completed by the guest at the relevant airline counters or online at the airline's website before the flight.
15- Last-minute delays and gate changes during flights are announced audibly at the airports and displayed on the information boards in the area. Guests must monitor this information themselves.
16- Wtatil is not responsible for guests who are not present at the specified airport at the times reported in accordance with the airline's rules for participation in the tour, or those who do not complete their check-in and boarding procedures on time, or who complete these procedures but do not board the plane. All expenses related to obtaining new round-trip tickets and necessary transfers for guests who miss the flight will be their responsibility.
17- The general luggage allowance for outgoing flights from Turkey is 20 kg. This weight may vary depending on the airline and the destination country. If domestic flights are available in the destination country, the luggage weight may drop to 15 kg for these internal flights. Excess luggage weight/price rules are determined by the airlines and are not the responsibility of Wtatil.
18- For guests wishing to upgrade their airline tickets using their miles (to business or first class); upgrades can be made after the tickets are issued, depending on the availability of the airline (please check the airline you are a member of). No guarantee of upgrades is provided for each flight. Check whether the program tickets are in a class eligible for upgrade.
19- Meals and online check-in services may incur additional charges for some airlines.
Other Matters
20- Wtatil will not accept responsibility for any changes or cancellations made by the guest directly communicating with the hotel. In such cases, the cancellation conditions of Wtatil will apply.
21- In cases where the hotel(s) are presented with only category information without mentioning the names of the hotels, and/or options are offered for the same destination, the choice will be communicated to the guest by Wtatil 48 hours before the trip starts.
22- In special periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events, or sports tournaments, hotels may be used at distances further than those specified. In such cases, the guests will be informed by Wtatil 15 days before the departure date.
23- At the time of registration for the purchased tour; the guest must accurately enter/declare the name, date of birth, and passport number as they appear on the passport. Flight tickets are issued based on this information. Any penalty fees incurred from incorrect information will be charged to the guests.
24- To use your mobile phone abroad, please check before leaving Turkey whether your phone is enabled for international use by contacting your service provider.
25- The hotel check-in time is 15:00, and the check-out time is 12:00.
26- Requests regarding the room (high floor, close to public areas, smoking/non-smoking, bed type) will be communicated to the hotel by Wtatil. Every effort will be made to ensure that the reserved rooms are in accordance with the guests' preferences, based on the hotel's availability. The fulfillment of these requests is subject to availability upon check-in and cannot be guaranteed by Wtatil.
27- Breakfasts offered at hotels differ from the traditional rich Turkish breakfast. Generally, they are served as continental breakfast, consisting of limited options such as butter, jam, bread, tea, or coffee, and may be served in a separate hall designated for groups.
28- In some cases, a double bed may be provided instead of a twin bed. Most European hotels offer rooms with 2 beds that can be joined if necessary.
29- The child and extra bed policy may vary by hotel and room types.
30- All extra beds and baby cots are provided upon request and according to the hotel's availability, and must be approved by the hotel.
31- The capacity for extra bed or baby cot in the room is a maximum of 1 (one).
32- In triple rooms, there is an application of extra bed, wherein the bed allocated for the 3rd person is smaller than standard beds. Triple rooms consist of 1 large bed + 1 extra bed. Extra beds can be foldable beds and are referred to as coach beds. Our guests accept that they will experience some crowding and bed type due to extra beds added to standard rooms in their bookings for triple rooms and/or with children.
33- In hotel reservations, if the number of adults and children staying is inaccurately stated by the guests, related hotels may charge extra fees. In such cases, the responsibility falls on the guest who made the incorrect declaration. The hotel may request identification for age verification for children.
34- In reservations with 2 adults + 1 child, there may not be a separate bed for the child. Child rates are only valid if the child stays with two adults. Child discounts apply to the age group that matches the child's age in “single child” staying with two adults.
35- The exchange rates during the day are reflected in the TL prices. The exchange rates valid at the time of payment apply. Additional requests and some extra services (minibar, ironing, etc.) that will be purchased at the hotel will be subject to extra charges. These expenses are not included in the price at the time of purchase and are paid directly at the hotel during your stay.
36- Some countries have different implementations regarding city, tourism, or local taxes. Any such city, tourism, or other taxes will be collected from the guest by the hotel at the time of entry or exit.
37- The distances provided in the programs are based on maps. Travel times may be extended due to traffic, weather conditions, geographical location of the destination country, road works, and similar conditions.
38- Wtatil may change the order of the cities in the program or the main airline to be flown as necessary or in mandatory situations, without altering the content of the program.
39- Personal belongings, bags, luggage, passports/identities carried by participating individuals are under their own responsibility, and Wtatil is not responsible for lost/forgotten/stolen items. In case of forgotten items being found, the costs incurred during their delivery to the country and/or to the person will be borne by the owner of the item.
40- Participants in the tour are required to carry their travel health insurance policies and any related medications and reports for any health issues they may have.
41- For any extra expenses, the hotel may request a deposit in the form of a photo ID/passport issued by official institutions and a credit card or cash upon check-in. The refund of the requested deposit during check-out is an operation between the hotel and the guest, and Wtatil has no intervention in this process.
Visa and Passport
42- There is no visa requirement for Turkish citizens.
43- Guests must ensure that their passports are valid for at least 6 months from the date of the end of travel.
44- In order for an entry-exit stamp to be printed on your passport at customs crossings/border checkpoints, there must be at least 2 blank pages available in your passport.
45- Being exempt from a visa for entry into the countries on this tour does not mean that entry/exit is guaranteed, as the passport police have the authority to deny you entry/exist in the country, and Wtatil is not responsible for this situation; the responsibility lies with the passenger.
46- Non-Turkish citizens or those who have dual citizenship and will participate in the tour using a passport from another country must inquire directly with the relevant consulates regarding the visa procedures applicable to the country they are traveling to; Wtatil will not be responsible for any resulting consequences of not doing so.
47- To avoid issues at the border with the customs police when entering the country due to torn, worn, wet, and/or similarly damaged passports; these passports should be renewed. Otherwise, the responsibility lies with the passenger.
48- Guests under 18 years of age traveling alone or accompanied by only one parent should be aware of the possibility that border police may request a document showing the consent of both parents; hence, guests under 18 and their parents are advised to be mindful of this.
