1. Day: Istanbul -City
Meet at Istanbul New Airport Departures Terminal, Saudi Airlines counter in front at 12:25. After baggage and passport procedures, we depart for Jeddah with Saudi Airlines SV256 at 15:25. Arrival in Jeddah at 19:10.
2. Day: Jeddah - Bangkok
We then fly to Bangkok on Saudi Airlines SV844 scheduled flight at 02:00. After breakfast on the plane, arrive at Bangkok Suvarnabhumi Airport at 13:40 local time. Meet with our guide and depart with private vehicles for a Bangkok city tour, including some highlights such as the Golden Buddha Temple, Flower Market, Chinatown, Parliament Building, and Democracy Monument. During this tour, you will experience Bangkok's exotic beauty and get a closer look at Buddhism, which deeply influences Thailand. After the tour, transfer to our hotel, check-in, and settle into your room. Free time thereafter.

3. Day: Bangkok
After breakfast, we will take an optional Floating Market Tour today. During this tour, we venture outside Bangkok, stopping first at Samut Songkhram, the birthplace of the world-famous Siamese Twins, to visit a coconut farm where you can learn about the uses of coconut trees and see handmade souvenirs made from coconuts. You may also visit the orchid garden inside. From here, after about a 10-minute bus ride, we arrive at the pier where Thai-style boats depart. Board the boats and enjoy a scenic half-hour ride with exotic Southeast Asian views to the famous Floating Market, a cover story for many magazines and documentaries, where you can shop from market stalls set up on boats along the river. On the way back to Bangkok, your guide will help you taste some of Thailand’s most famous tropical fruits. Return to the hotel after the tour. Overnight stay at the hotel.

4. Day: Bangkok - Pattaya
After breakfast, we head to Pattaya, visiting the Royal Family’s world-renowned jewelry factory. Upon arrival in Pattaya, check into the hotel. Then, join our guide for a Elephant Safari and Crocodile Farm tour. After the tour, transfer back to the hotel. Overnight at the hotel.

5. Day: Pattaya
After breakfast, join us for the Nong Nooch Tropical Garden tour. Later, in the evening, attend the world-famous Thailand Alcazar Show, a cabaret featuring changing stage decorations, costumes, spectacular light, and sound effects. Overnight at the hotel.

6. Day: Pattaya - Phuket
After breakfast, at the time indicated by our guide, transfer to the airport. After check-in and baggage procedures, we begin an approx. 1.5-hour flight to Phuket via local airlines. Upon arrival in Phuket, transfer to our hotel with a private vehicle. Rest of the day is free. Overnight at the hotel.
7. Day: Phuket
After breakfast, join us for a Phi Phi Islands Tour. We take a speedboat to two of Thailand’s most exotic coral islands near Phuket. First, we reach Phi Phi Don, where we can see monkey beach and snorkel among thousands of colorful fish. Enjoy the sandy beaches of Maya Bay, famous for being featured in Leonardo DiCaprio’s "The Beach". Visit Viking Cave and have lunch on Phi Phi Island. After the tour, you have free time. Overnight at the hotel.

8. Day: Phuket
Breakfast followed by free time. Overnight at the hotel.
9. Day: Phuket - Bangkok
After breakfast, free time until the designated departure time. Transfer to the airport and take the domestic flight to Bangkok. Upon arrival at Bangkok Airport, check-in for our flight with Saudi Airlines.
10. Day: Bangkok - Cidde - Istanbul
After check-in and baggage procedures, fly to Cidde on SV849 at 01:15. Arrival in Cidde at 06:15. Next, depart for Istanbul on Saudi Airlines SV257 at 09:40. Arrival at Istanbul New Airport at 13:45, and end of our tour.

GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1- General Terms and Conditions are an integral part of the tour program and cannot be considered independently from the tour program.
2- If sufficient participation for the trip is not provided, Wtatil can cancel the tour up to 21 days before the tour date. In this case, the cancellation information will be communicated to the guest. The entire tour fee will be refunded to the guest. Refunds for additional services purchased outside the tour; domestic flight connections purchased from Wtatil will also be refunded to the guest, while visa services and travel health insurance, if used to submit a visa application on behalf of the guest, cannot be refunded because these services have been used. If the guest purchased the domestic flight connection from a different provider independent of Wtatil, the guest cannot claim any fee refunds from Wtatil in the event of tour cancellation by Wtatil. The guest accepts any material and moral losses that may arise from the tour cancellation in advance when purchasing the tour, and Wtatil cannot be held responsible.
3- In cases where sufficient participation for the trip is not provided, Wtatil has the right to show goodwill and not cancel the tour. In this case, since the tour will be provided individually for the guest, the included guide service will only cover the round-trip airport transfer abroad.
Cancellation and Change
4- Our guests have the right to cancel without penalty by notifying Wtatil in writing up to 30 days before the tour departure date, except for the airline tickets paid and/or committed to the airline. If there are less than 31 days remaining until the trip start date, the guest can cancel by paying a penalty of 50% of the remaining tour fee, and if there are 15 days or less remaining until the trip start date, they can cancel by paying the full penalty fee. In case of cancellation requests, the refund conditions for additional services such as domestic connections, visa services, and travel health insurance may vary according to the cancellation request period, so it is advisable to inquire in advance about the returns. Wtatil cannot make any commitment regarding the refund of additional services.
Guiding Services and Extra Tours
5- The days and times of the tours specified in the program may be changed by the guide according to the open/closed status of museums and archaeological sites in the places to be visited and the weather conditions. Different guides may accompany our guests during the tours.
6- Panoramic city tours included in the tour package are the maximum of 2-3 hours tours conducted as panoramic tours with guidance from the vehicle, without museum or archaeological site entries included, intended for the general promotion of cities. In the event of restrictions on visits due to local authority regulations or if the tours cannot be conducted due to closed roads or adverse weather conditions, Wtatil shall not be held responsible for the non-execution of the mentioned tours, including other tours specified in the program. Some tours may be conducted using public transport or on foot, where possible, due to closed roads or restrictions on vehicle access.
7- Our guide may change the days of the city tour and/or additional tours depending on the number of participants and the closure status of the museum and archaeological site. This also applies in the event of any changes in flight times.
8- Important points to consider for tours conducted with speedboats; heavy meals should not be consumed immediately before boarding, and excessive amounts of water should not be drunk. Guests with stomach, back, neck complaints, and pregnant guests should inform their guides of their conditions.
9- If services such as tours or meal services included in the prices are not utilized, there will be no refund.
About Flights
10- Wtatil acts as an intermediary institution between passengers and the airline, and in case of possible disputes, the relevant provisions of Turkish legislation as well as the Hague Protocol and the Warsaw Convention will be applied.
11- Delays or changes in flight times may occur in scheduled and charter flights. Wtatil is obligated to inform these changes as soon as possible. The passenger has accepted the risk of changes/cancellations in flight times by purchasing the tour.
12- Children aged 0-2 only pay the airport tax fee.
13- According to the rules of the airlines; if the outbound flight of round-trip airline tickets purchased is not used, the return flight will be canceled by the airline.
14- Check-in and boarding procedures for those participating in tours with flights are personal responsibilities and must be completed by the guest at airports before the flight, at the relevant airline counters, or online on the airlines' websites.
15- Last-minute delays and gate changes during flights are announced verbally at airports and displayed on information boards. This information must be followed by the guests.
16- Wtatil is not responsible for passengers who are not present at the specified airport at the indicated times in accordance with airline rules, do not complete check-in and boarding procedures on time, or complete check-in and boarding procedures on time but do not board the aircraft. All expenses relating to obtaining new outgoing-return airline tickets and transfers in the destination area for passengers who miss their flights are the responsibility of the guests.
17- The general baggage weight allowance for flights departing from Turkey is 20 kg. This weight may vary according to the airline and the country of destination. If there are domestic flights in the country to which you are traveling, this baggage weight may decrease to 15 kg. Excess baggage weight/price rules are determined by the airlines and are not the responsibility of Wtatil.
18- For guests wishing to upgrade their flight tickets with miles (to business or first class); after the tickets are issued, upgrade transactions can be performed depending on the available capacity of the airline (check the airline you are a member of). A mileage guarantee is not provided for each flight. Check if the program tickets can be upgraded.
19- Some airlines' meal and online check-in services may incur additional charges.
Other Matters
20- Wtatil will not accept any responsibility for changes or cancellations made directly by the guest by contacting the hotel. In this case, the cancellation conditions of Wtatil will apply.
21- In cases where hotels are presented only with category information without specifying names and/or offered with options for the same destination, Wtatil will inform the guest 48 hours before the trip departure.
22- During special periods like fairs, congresses, concerts, events, or sports tournaments, hotels may be located further than the specified locations or distances. In this case, Wtatil will provide information 15 days before the trip start date.
23- At the time of registering for the purchased tour; it is necessary for the guest to enter/declare the name, date of birth, and passport number as they appear on the passport correctly in the system. Airline tickets are issued based on this information. Any penalties incurred due to incorrect information will be charged to the guests.
24- To use mobile phones abroad, you should check with your service provider before leaving Turkey to ensure that your phone is enabled for international use.
25- The hotel check-in time is 15:00, and the check-out time is 12:00.
26- Requests regarding rooms (high floor, close to common areas, smoking/non-smoking, bed type) are communicated to the hotel by Wtatil. Care is taken for reserved rooms to align with the guest's preferences, subject to availability at the time of check-in. The realization of these requests depends upon hotel availability and cannot be guaranteed by Wtatil.
27- The breakfast offered at hotels may differ from the rich traditional Turkish breakfast. Generally, it is a limited continental breakfast consisting of butter, jam, bread, tea, or coffee and may be served in a separate hall designated for groups.
28- In some cases, double rooms may consist of a double bed instead of two single beds. Most European hotels offer rooms with two beds that can be combined if needed.
29- Child and extra bed policies vary by hotel and room types.
30- All kinds of extra beds and baby cots are provided upon request and depending on the hotel's availability and must be approved by the hotel.
31- The capacity for extra beds or baby cots in the room is limited to 1 (maximum).
32- In triple rooms, there is an extra bed application, and the bed allocated for the 3rd person is smaller than standard beds. Triple rooms consist of 1 large bed + 1 extra bed. Extra beds consist of foldable and coach beds. Our guests accept that they are aware of the possible crowding and bed types due to extra beds added to standard rooms in triple room and/or child reservations.
33- If the number of children accompanying the adults and their ages is incorrectly declared during hotel reservations, the relevant hotels may charge additional fees. In this case, the responsibility lies with the guest who made the incorrect declaration. Hotels may request identification for age verification of children.
34- In reservations for 2 adults + 1 child, there may not be a separate bed for the child. Child rates are only valid if the child is accommodated alongside two adults. Child discounts apply only for one "single child" accompanying two adults within the applicable age group.
35- The exchange rate during the day is reflected in the TL prices. The exchange rates at the time of payment are applicable. Additional requests and some extra services you may receive at the hotel (minibar, ironing, etc.) are subject to additional charges at the hotel, and these costs are not included in the purchase price and are paid directly to the hotel during your stay.
36- Some countries have different implementations related to city, tourism, or local taxes. All city, tourism, or other taxes being applied will be collected from the guest by the hotel at the time of entry or exit.
37- The distances given in the programs are based on maps. Travel times may be extended due to traffic, weather conditions, the geographic location of the country being visited, roadworks, and conditions.
38- Wtatil may change the order of cities in the program and the main airline to be flown without altering the content of the program in mandatory conditions or when deemed necessary.
39- Personal belongings, bags, suitcases, passports/identifications of individuals participating in the tour are under their own responsibility, and Wtatil is not responsible for items that are forgotten/lost/stolen. In cases where forgotten items are found, the expenses incurred while delivering them to the country and/or individual will be borne by the owner of the item.
40- Participants in the tour are required to carry their travel health insurance policies and any medications and reports related to their health issues with them.
41- For possible extra expenses, a photo ID/passport issued by official institutions and a credit card or cash deposit may be requested upon check-in, and the return of the requested deposit at check-out is a transaction between the hotel and the guest, and Wtatil has no intervention in this matter.
Visa and Passport
42- There is no visa requirement for Turkish citizens.
43- Guests must ensure that their passports are valid for at least 6 months from the end date of their travel.
44- For customs crossings/border gates, there must be at least 2 blank pages in your passport for the entry-exit stamp to be affixed.
45- Being exempt from a visa for entry into the countries in this tour does not mean that entry/exit from the country is guaranteed; the passport police have the authority to deny entry or exit to you, and Wtatil is not responsible for this situation; the responsibility lies with the traveler.
46- Guests who are not Turkish citizens or who hold dual citizenship and plan to participate in the tour using their other country's passport must inquire about the visa procedures the travel country applies to the passport they will use directly from the relevant consulates; otherwise, Wtatil will not be held responsible for the resulting consequences.
47- In cases of torn, worn, wet, and/or similar damaged passports, to avoid issues with customs police at the border gate of the country to be visited, it is necessary to renew the passports. Otherwise, the responsibility lies with the traveler.
48- Guests under 18 years old are advised to show sensitivity to the possibility of being asked to present a document demonstrating the joint consent of both parents when traveling alone or only with one parent for entry-exit from the country; hence, guests under 18 years and their parents should be attentive regarding this matter.
