7- The panoramic city tours included in the tour package are organized for the general introduction of the cities and are conducted as panoramic tours from within the vehicle without entrance to museums or historical sites, lasting a maximum of 2-3 hours. 16- Last-minute delays and gate changes during flights are announced verbally at airports and displayed on the information boards in the area. This information should be followed by the guests themselves.

17- Wtatil cannot be held responsible for passengers who are not present at the specified airport at the required times according to the airline rules, who do not carry out check-in and boarding procedures on time, or who complete check-in and boarding processes on time but fail to board the aircraft. All expenses related to obtaining new departure-return flight tickets and necessary transfers in the destination area for guests who miss their flight are their own responsibility.

In this case, the responsibility lies with the guest who made the incorrect declaration. The hotel may request identification to determine the age of children.
