st Day: Istanbul–Bergamo–Milan Meeting with our valued guests in front of the AJet counter at Sabiha Gökçen International Departures Terminal at 08:00. Departure to Bergamo at 11:05 on scheduled AJet flight VF61. Upon arrival at 12:10, we continue to Milan. After arriving in Milan, we start our city tour. Rather than being simply attractive, Milan is a chic, creative, and affluent city. Undoubtedly, it is the lifeblood of Italy’s economy and one of the country’s most remarkable cities. During our Milan city tour, we will see the historical monument Castello Sforzesco, the Galleria, which marked the 19th-century Industrial Revolution and is also known as the first covered shopping gallery in Europe. Famous French engineer Gustave Eiffel was inspired by this structure when building the Eiffel Tower in Paris. The Duomo, where Gothic art can be seen extensively, is the fourth largest church in the world with its exterior covered in more than 2,000 statues. On the famous fashion streets Via Monte Napoleone and Via della Spiga, you can admire the richness of the shop windows. After free time, guests who wish may join our Como Lake and Town Tour. After the tour, we head to our hotel and overnight in Milan. Extra Tour: Como Lake and Town Tour – Per Person: 40 Euro Located about 1.5 hours from Milan, Como Lake stands out with its natural beauty and peaceful atmosphere. In this tour, we arrive in Como town, take a short walk with our guide, and then give our guests free time for shopping and sightseeing. 2nd Day: Milan – Verona & Garda – Venice After breakfast, we depart for Venice. Guests who wish may join the Verona & Garda Lake Tour on the way. After the tour, we continue to Venice. From Tronchetto port, the final vehicle access point, we take the vaporetto to the historic island. After an enjoyable vaporetto ride, we disembark near St. Mark’s Square, the historical center of the city, and begin our tour among the canals. In this city, where motor vehicles are banned and daily-life vehicles such as police cars, ambulances, garbage trucks, and municipal buses are replaced by boats, we walk along the waterfront to St. Mark’s Square and see the “Bridge of Sighs,” which connects the Venice Prison and the Doge’s Palace, San Giorgio Island directly opposite the bridge, the twin columns on the main facade of the Doge’s Palace—known as the gateway to the city—and the statues atop these columns, which are symbols of Venice. St. Mark’s Cathedral Square was described by Napoleon as “the most beautiful square in the world.” Although the cathedral was completed in the 9th century, it took until the 17th century to reach its current form. The 4 bronze horses on its front facade were brought from Istanbul after the Second Crusade. During your free time, you can watch the statues atop the clock tower strike the bells every hour and, by ascending the bell tower, enjoy the whole Venice panorama from above. Guests who wish may also join the Burano Island Tour, which will be organized as an extra tour. After the tour, free time. Then transfer to our hotel, room distribution, and overnight in Venice. Extra Tour: Verona & Garda Tour – Per Person: 50 Euro We visit the administrative palace of the Verona Duchy, which remained under the Venice Republic for centuries, the Erbe Square, which is still used as a marketplace today as it was in the past, and the second-largest amphitheater in Italy after the Colosseum in Rome. Passing through Verona shopping streets paved with marble to show its wealth, we see the palace where Dante Alighieri lived during his exile. After seeing the Scaligero tombs of the ruling family of Verona, we panoramicly view the house where Romeo and Juliet, who inspired English playwright William Shakespeare, were born. After a short free time, we head to Lake Garda, the largest lake in Italy. In Garda, which captivates with its natural beauty, peaceful atmosphere, and lake view, you can take a walk along the lakeside, take photos of the unique scenery, and enjoy the fresh breeze. After free time, we return to our bus and complete the tour. Extra Tour: Burano Island Tour – Per Person: 35 Euro Burano Island, the most colorful corner of the Venice Lagoon, has a charming atmosphere with its colorful houses and peaceful streets. After a short walk with our guide on this favorite spot for photography lovers, we give our guests free time. You can browse Burano’s famous handmade lace, stroll among the island’s pastel-colored houses, and enjoy a coffee break by the canal. With its silence, simplicity, and fairy-tale appearance, Burano adds a calm but unforgettable memory to your Venice trip. 3rd Day: Venice – Pisa – Florence After breakfast, we depart for Florence. On the way, guests who wish may join the Pisa Tour. After the Pisa tour, upon arrival in Florence, our city tour begins. The birthplace of Renaissance art, a city that pioneered European trade in silk, wool, gold, and banking, and the capital of the Kingdom of Italy, Florence is also the birthplace of many important figures such as Dante, Leonardo da Vinci, and Michelangelo. On our Florence city tour, we will see: Florence Cathedral (Duomo Firenze Santa Maria del Fiore), the Baptistery, the bell tower, Signoria Palace and Square, now used as an open-air museum, Loggia dei Lanzi, Uffizi Square, Ponte Vecchio with its nearly 650-year-old jewelry shops, Republic Square, and San Lorenzo Market. After the tour, free time will be given for photos and exploring the surroundings. You can take unforgettable pictures in front of this iconic tower, one of the most photographed structures in Italy. 4th Day: Florence – Siena – Rome After breakfast, we depart for Rome at the time determined by our guide. Our first stop is the Colosseum and the nearby Arch of Constantine. Then we view the Roman Forum and admire the panoramic view of the city from Capitol Hill. At Piazza della Bocca della Verità, we see the “Mouth of Truth” sculpture, pass by Teatro Marcello, which dates back to the ancient period, and reach the banks of the Tiber River. We take a short photo break at Piazza Navona, one of the finest examples of Baroque architecture, accompanied by Bernini’s Fountain of the Four Rivers. Our next stop is the Pantheon, dazzling with its architecture. Then we reach Fontana di Trevi (the Fountain of Love), one of Rome’s symbols, and perform the traditional wish ritual. Our walk continues to the Spanish Steps, one of Rome’s most romantic spots, and Piazza del Popolo, considered the northern gate of the city. In the final part of our walk, we proceed to the Vatican, the center of the Christian world, and see the magnificent St. Peter’s Square, surrounded by Bernini’s colonnades. Then, accompanied by our guide, we enter St. Peter’s Basilica. We have the opportunity to individually explore the magnificent dome designed by Michelangelo, the Pietà sculpture, and the unique works of art inside the basilica. No guided commentary will be provided inside; the visit will be in the form of individual exploration. This walk, where you will discover Rome’s atmosphere intertwined with history, art, and faith, will offer an unforgettable experience. 5th Day: Rome After breakfast, the entire day is free. 7- Panoramic city tours included in the tour package are approximately 2-3 hour tours conducted for the general introduction of the cities, involving guided commentary from the vehicle and do not include entrance to museums or historical sites. Some tours may be conducted using public transportation or walking due to closed roads or places where vehicle access is not allowed.

About Flights

- Wtatil acts as an intermediary between the airline and the passenger, and in case of any disputes, the relevant provisions of Turkish legislation, as well as the Hague Protocol and the Warsaw Convention, will be applied.

- There may be delays or changes in departure times for scheduled and special flights. Wtatil is obliged to inform about these changes as soon as possible. The passenger has accepted the risk of flight time changes/cancellations when purchasing the trip.

- Children aged 0-2 only pay the airport tax.

- According to airline regulations; if the outbound flight of round-trip purchased airline tickets is not used, the return flight will be canceled by the airline.

- Check-in and boarding procedures to be carried out for passengers participating in flights are personal processes, and these must be completed by the guests themselves at the airports prior to the flight at the relevant airline counters or online via the airline's websites.

- Last-minute delays and gate changes during flights are announced verbally at the airports and displayed on the information boards in the area. These details must be monitored by the guests themselves.

- Wtatil cannot be held responsible for guests who are not present at the specified airport during the times dictated by the airlines, do not complete the check-in and boarding procedures on time, or complete these procedures on time but do not board the plane. All expenses related to obtaining new round-trip tickets and transfers in the destination area for guests who miss their flight are their responsibility.

- Generally, luggage weight for flights departing from Turkey is 20 kg. This weight may vary depending on the airline and the destination country. If domestic flights are present in the destination country, this luggage weight may drop to 15 kg. Extra luggage weight/charge rules are determined by airlines and are not the responsibility of Wtatil.

- Guests wishing to upgrade their tickets using miles (to business or first class) after ticketing can do so depending on the availability of the airline (please check with the airline you have membership with). No mileage guarantee is provided for each flight. Please check whether the tickets for the program are of an upgradeable class.

- Some airlines may charge extra fees for meals and online check-in services.

Other Matters

- Wtatil will not accept responsibility for any changes or cancellation processes made directly by the guest with the hotel. In such cases, the cancellation conditions of Wtatil will apply.

- During special periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be used farther than the specified locations or distances. In such cases, Wtatil will provide information 15 days prior to the tour departure.

- During registration for the purchased tour, the guest's name as it appears on the passport, date of birth, and passport number must be correctly entered/reported in the system. Airline tickets are issued based on this information. Any penalty fees from cancellations or changes on tickets due to incorrect information will be charged to the guests.

- To use your mobile phone abroad, please check with your service provider before leaving Turkey to ensure that your phone is enabled for international use.

- The hotel check-in time is 15:00 and the check-out time is 12:00.

- Requests regarding the room (high floor, near common areas, smoking/non-smoking, bed type) will be communicated to the hotel by Wtatil. The reserved rooms will be assigned according to the guests' preferences, depending on the hotel's availability. The fulfillment of these requests depends on availability at the time of check-in and cannot be guaranteed by Wtatil.

- The breakfast offered at the hotels may differ from the rich Turkish breakfast commonly expected. Generally served as a continental breakfast, it usually consists of limited options such as butter, jam, bread, tea, or coffee and may be served in a separate room assigned for groups.

- In some cases, instead of a double bed, a twin bed may be provided. Most European hotels offer twin rooms that can be combined if necessary.

- The child and extra bed policy may vary by hotel and room types.

- Any extra bed and baby cot are supplied upon request and based on the hotel’s availability, and approval by the hotel is required.

- The capacity for extra beds or baby cots in the room is 1 unit (maximum).

- In triple rooms, there is an extra bed application, and the bed assigned to the 3rd person is smaller than standard beds. Triple rooms consist of 1 large bed + 1 extra bed. Extra beds consist of foldable beds or beds called couch beds. Our guests accept that they will accommodate the additional beds that will be added to the standard room due to triple room and/or child reservations, and may experience cramped conditions.

- If the number of children and their ages stated in the hotel reservations with adults are reported incorrectly by our guests, the relevant hotels may charge an additional fee. In such cases, the responsibility lies with the guest who made the incorrect declaration. Hotels may request identification to determine the ages of children.

- In reservations for 2 adults + 1 child, there may not be a separate bed for the child. Child rates are valid only when the child is staying alongside two adults. Child discounts apply only for one "single child" who meets the age group while staying next to two adults.

- Daily currency exchanges are reflected in TL prices. The exchange rates on the payment date are applicable. Additional requests and some extra services you will receive at the hotel (mini-bar, ironing, etc.) will be subject to extra charges as determined by the hotel. These expenses are not included in the purchase price and are paid directly to the hotel during your stay.

- Some countries have different implementations regarding city, tourism, or local taxes. All such city, tourism, or other taxes currently in effect will be collected from the guests by the hotel during entry or exit.

- The distances stated in the programs are map-based. Travel times may extend due to traffic, weather conditions, geographical location of the country, road works, and conditions.

- Wtatil can change the order of cities in the program and the main airline to be flown as they deem necessary without altering the content of the program due to mandatory situations or requirements.

- The personal belongings, bags, suitcases, passports/identities of individuals participating in the tour are under their own responsibility, and Wtatil cannot be held responsible for lost/forgotten/stolen items. In the event that forgotten items are found, expenses incurred to deliver the items to the country and/or the individual will be borne by the owner of the item.

- Participants in the tour are required to carry their travel health insurance policy and any health issues along with the relevant medications and reports.

- For possible extra expenses, at check-in, the official institutions may request photo identification/passport and a credit card or cash deposit, which is required by the hotel. The refund of the deposit requested at check-out is a transaction between the hotel and the guest and Wtatil has no intervention in this matter.

Visa and Passport

- Visa application applies to T.C citizens.

- Guests' passports must be valid for at least 6 months from the date of travel.

- At customs crossings/border gates, to have an entry-exit stamp on your passport, there must be at least 2 blank pages in your passport.

- Being exempt from a visa for entry into the countries on this tour does not mean that entry/exit can be made; the passport police have the authority to refuse entry/exit, and Wtatil is not responsible for this situation, and the responsibility lies with the passenger.

- Guests who are not Turkish citizens or who have dual citizenship and will participate in the tour using their other country passport must inquire about the visa procedures applied by the country they will be traveling to from the relevant consulates themselves; otherwise, Wtatil will not be responsible for any resulting consequences.

- To avoid any issues with customs authorities at the border of the visited country due to torn, worn out, wet, and/or similarly damaged passports, passports must be renewed. Otherwise, the responsibility lies with the passenger.

- Guests under 18 years old who travel alone or only with one of the parents may be asked to present a document showing the joint consent of both parents by the police officer during entry-exit procedures, so it is recommended that guests under 18 and their parents be sensitive to this issue.
