In this case, the cancellation information will be communicated to the guest. The full tour fee will be refunded to the guest. For additional services purchased outside of the tour, including domestic flight connections booked through Wtatil, the guest will also be refunded. However, services such as visa service and travel health insurance, if a visa application has been made on behalf of the guest, cannot be refunded due to their usage. If a visa application has not been made, the visa and travel health insurance will also be canceled, and a refund will be issued. If the guest has purchased domestic flight connections from a different provider independent of Wtatil, they cannot claim any refund from Wtatil in case the trip is canceled by Wtatil. The guest accepts in advance any potential financial and moral losses arising from the cancellation of the tour when they purchase the tour, and Wtatil cannot be held responsible. 3- In case of insufficient participation, Wtatil has the right to show goodwill by not canceling the tour. In this case, since the tour will be provided individually for the guest, the included guiding service will only cover the outbound/return airport transfer for international travel. Cancellation and Changes 4- Our guests have the right to cancel without penalty by notifying Wtatil in writing at least 30 days before the departure date, excluding airline tickets that have been paid and/or committed to by Wtatil. In case of cancellation within 31 days of the trip, the guest may cancel by paying a penalty equal to 50% of the remaining tour fee for the flight ticket, and in case of cancellation within 15 days or less before the start of the trip, they may cancel by paying the full tour fee as a penalty. In the event of a cancellation request, the refund conditions for additional services such as domestic flight connections, visa services, and travel health insurance may vary based on the time of cancellation request, so it is necessary to inquire in advance about their refunds. Wtatil cannot make any commitment regarding the refund of additional services. Guiding Services and Extra Tours 5- The days and times of the tours mentioned in the program may change at the discretion of the guide based on the opening/closing status of museums and historical sites at the places visited and weather conditions. Different guides may accompany our guests during the tours. 6- Panoramic city tours included in the tour package are designed for the general introduction of the cities and are conducted with a maximum duration of 2-3 hours, involving guiding narration from inside the vehicle without including entrance fees to museums and historical sites. Wtatil shall not be held responsible for the inability to conduct the aforementioned tours if local authorities do not allow visits on the scheduled days and times, or if the tours cannot be conducted due to closed roads for any events or due to weather conditions. Some tours may be conducted by public transportation or on foot where entry to closed roads or locations is not permitted. 7- Our guide may make changes to the days of the city tour and/or additional tours based on the number of participants or the closure of museums and historical sites according to the tour content. This situation applies in the event of changes that may occur in the flight schedules. 8- Important considerations for tours conducted via speedboats include not eating heavy meals just before boarding and avoiding excessive water intake. Guests with stomach, back, neck issues, or pregnant guests are required to inform their guides about their conditions. 9- There are no refunds for services indicated in the price that are not participated in, such as tours or meal services. About Flights 10- Wtatil acts as an intermediary between the airline and the passenger, and in case of probable disputes, the relevant provisions of Turkish regulations, as well as the Hague Protocol and the Warsaw Convention will apply. 11- Delays or changes in flight times may occur on scheduled or charter flights. Wtatil is obliged to inform guests of these changes as soon as possible. The passenger acknowledges the risk of flight time changes/cancellations when purchasing the trip. 12- Infants aged 0-2 only pay the airport tax fee. 13- According to airline regulations, if the outbound flight of a round-trip ticket is not used, the return flight is canceled by the airline. 14- The check-in and boarding procedures to be carried out for individuals participating in tours with flights are personal matters and must be completed by the guests at the airport counters of the relevant airline or online via the websites of the airlines prior to the flight. 15- Possible last-minute delays and gate changes for flights are announced publicly at the airports and displayed on information boards in the area. This information must be followed by the guests themselves. 16- Wtatil is not responsible for guests who are not present at the specified airport at the times indicated by the airline rules for participation, do not complete check-in and boarding procedures on time, or who complete them but do not board the plane. All costs for obtaining new round-trip tickets necessary for guests who miss their flight to participate in the tour and transfers in the destination area, etc. are their responsibility. 17- Generally, the luggage allowance for flights departing from Turkey is 20 kg. This weight may vary based on the airline and the destination country. If there are domestic flights in the destination country, the luggage allowance for those flights may decrease to 15 kg. Weight/price rules for excess luggage are determined by the airlines and are not the responsibility of Wtatil. 18- For guests wishing to upgrade their tickets using miles (to business or first class), upgrades can be processed depending on availability with the airline after the tickets have been issued (please check the airline you are a member of). There is no guarantee of miles for every flight. Please check whether the tickets for the program are in an upgradeable class. 19- Some airlines may charge extra fees for food and drink services and online check-in. Other Matters 20- Wtatil will not accept responsibility for any changes or cancellations made by the guest directly communicating with the hotel. In this case, Wtatil's cancellation conditions will apply. 21- In cases where hotels are presented without specifying names and only category information is provided or options are presented for the same destination, the guest will be notified by Wtatil 48 hours prior to the departure of the tour. 22- During special periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be utilized further than the mentioned distances or locations. In such cases, Wtatil will inform the guests 15 days prior to the departure date of the tour. 23- During the registration process for the purchased tour, the guest is required to correctly enter the name, date of birth, and passport number as stated in the passport. Airline tickets are issued based on this information. Penalties for cancellations or changes due to incorrect information are charged to the guests. 24- To use your mobile phones abroad, please check with your service provider whether your phone is activated for international use before leaving Turkey. 25- The hotel check-in time is at 15:00, and the check-out time is at 12:00. 26- Requests regarding the room (high floor, proximity to common areas, smoking/non-smoking, bed type) will be communicated to the hotel by Wtatil. Efforts will be made to ensure that the reserved rooms align with the guest's preferences, depending on the hotel's availability. The fulfillment of these requests depends on the availability at the time of check-in and cannot be guaranteed by Wtatil. 27- The breakfast offered at hotels may differ from the rich breakfast traditionally offered in Turkish cuisine. It usually consists of limited options such as butter, jam, bread, tea, or coffee and may be served in a separate area designated for groups. 28- In some instances, there may be a double bed instead of twin beds. Most European hotels offer twin rooms that can be combined if necessary. 29- The child and extra bed policy may vary by hotel and room type. 30- Any extra bed and baby crib will be provided upon request and subject to the hotel's availability and approval. 31- The capacity for additional beds or baby cribs in the room is 1 unit (maximum). 32- In triple rooms, there is an application for an extra bed, and the bed designated for the 3rd person is smaller than standard beds. Triple rooms consist of 1 large bed + 1 extra bed. The extra beds consist of folding or coach beds. Our guests accept the potential crowding in the rooms and the bed types due to the extra beds added to standard rooms in triple room and/or child reservations. 33- If the number of children and their ages, which are required to stay with adults in hotel reservations, are incorrectly declared by our guests, the respective hotels may charge an extra fee. In such cases, the responsibility lies with the guest who made the incorrect declaration. The hotel may request identification for age verification of children. 34- In reservations for 2 adults + 1 child, there may not be a separate bed for the child. Child prices are only applicable if the child stays with two adults. Child discounts apply for the age group matching "one child" staying with two adults. 35- Daily currency exchange rates are reflected in the TL prices. The rates applicable at the time of payment are valid. Additional requests or some services that you may obtain at the hotel (minibar, ironing, etc.) will be subject to extra charges by the hotel. These expenses are not included in the price at the time of purchase and are paid directly to the hotel during your stay. 36- Some countries have different applications regarding city, tourism, or local taxes. All city, tourism, or other taxes being applied in this way will be collected from the guest by the hotel during entry or exit. 37- The distances provided in the programs are based on maps. Travel times may extend due to conditions such as traffic, weather conditions, the geographical location of the visited country, road works, and other circumstances. 38- Wtatil may change the order of the cities in the program or the main airline to be flown with, provided that the content of the program is not altered in case of mandatory situations or as deemed necessary. 39- The personal belongings, bags, suitcases, passports/identities of the participants in the tour are their own responsibility, and Wtatil is not responsible for forgotten/lost/stolen items. If forgotten items are found, the expenses incurred for delivering them to the country and/or the individual belong to the owner of the item. 40- Participants in the tour are required to carry their travel health insurance policy and, if there are any health problems, the relevant medications and reports with them. 41- For possible extra expenses, a photo ID/passport issued by official institutions and a credit card or cash deposit may be requested by the hotel upon check-in. The refund of the deposit requested at checkout is a transaction between the hotel and the guest, and Wtatil has no intervention in this matter. Visa and Passport 42- There is no visa requirement for T.C. citizens. 43- Guests must ensure their passports are valid for at least 6 months from the date of travel. 44- To ensure an entry/exist stamp can be applied to your passport at customs crossings/borders, there must be at least 2 blank pages in your passport. 45- Being exempt from a visa to enter the countries included in this tour does not mean that entry/exiting will be permitted, as the border police have the authority to refuse entry/exit, and Wtatil is not responsible for this situation; the responsibility lies with the traveler. 46- Non-Turkish citizens or those who have dual citizenship and will participate in the tour using another country's passport must inquire about the visa procedures applied by the country they are traveling to directly at the relevant consulates; otherwise, Wtatil will not be responsible for any consequences that may arise. 47- In response to potential issues at border control with damaged, torn, wet, or similarly affected passports, it is necessary to renew passports to avoid problems at the border crossing of the visited country. Responsibility for this lies with the traveler. 48- Guests under 18 years of age traveling alone or with only one parent may be requested to present a joint consent document from both parents when entering and exiting the country, therefore it is advised that minors and their parents are mindful of this issue.
