After luggage and passport procedures, we depart for Jeddah with Saudi Airlines flight SV278 at 18:25. Arrive in Jeddah at 22:20. 2.Day: Jeddah-Bangkok Then, depart for Bangkok on Saudi Airlines flight SV844 at 02:00. After breakfast onboard in the morning, arrive at Bangkok Suvarnabhumi Airport at 13:40 local time. Meet our guide and depart by private vehicle for a Bangkok city tour. During this panoramic city tour, sights include the Golden Buddha Temple, flower market, Chinatown, Parliament, and Democracy Monument. This tour offers a chance to experience Bangkok’s exotic beauty and gain a closer understanding of Buddhism, which profoundly influences Thailand. You can also visit an orchid garden. Afterwards, travel approximately 10 minutes by bus to a pier with Thai-style boats. Ride through exotic Eastern landscapes on a boat for about half an hour, reaching the famous Floating Market, a vibrant market set up on canoes on the river, where you can shop. Returning to Bangkok, taste some of Thailand’s famous tropical fruits. Need to Know
GENERAL TERMS 1- General Terms are an integral part of the tour program and cannot be considered independently of the tour program. 2- If sufficient participation is not achieved for the trip; Wtatil can cancel the tour up to 21 days before the travel date. In this case, the cancellation information will be communicated to the guest. The entire tour fee will be refunded to the guest. For additional services purchased outside the tour; the domestic flight connections purchased from Wtatil will also be refunded to the guest; however, visa services and travel health insurance, if a visa application has been made on behalf of the guest using such insurance, cannot be refunded as these services have been used; if no visa application has been made, the visa and travel health insurance will also be canceled, and a refund will be made. If the guest purchased the domestic flight connection from a different provider independent of Wtatil, they cannot request any refund from Wtatil in the case of tour cancellation by Wtatil. The guest accepts in advance any material and moral losses arising from the cancellation of the tour upon purchasing the tour, and Wtatil cannot be held responsible. 3- If sufficient participation is not achieved for the trip, Wtatil has the right to show goodwill and not cancel the tour. In this case, since the tour will be individually arranged for the guest, the included guiding service will only cover the airport transfer for the international departure and return. Cancellation and Changes 4- Our guests have the right to cancel without penalty, provided they inform Wtatil in writing no later than 30 days before the tour departure date, excluding flight tickets for which payment has been made and/or obligations undertaken to the airline. If there are 31 days or less before the trip start date, they can cancel by paying a penalty of 50% of the remaining tour fee based on the flight ticket. If cancellation is made 15 days or less before the trip start date, they can cancel by paying the full tour fee as a penalty. In the event of a cancellation request, the cancellation and refund conditions for additional services such as domestic flight connections, visa services, travel health insurance may vary depending on the time the cancellation request is made, so advance inquiries about refunds are required. Wtatil cannot guarantee any commitment regarding the refund of additional services. Guiding Services and Extra Tours 5- The days and hours of the tours specified in the program may be changed by the guide based on the openness/closure status of the museums and archaeological sites, as well as weather conditions. Different guides may accompany the guests during the tours. 6- The panoramic city tours included in the tour package are organized for the general introduction of the cities and are conducted with narration from the vehicle, lasting a maximum of 2-3 hours, and do not include entrance to museums or archaeological sites. If the panoramic tours cannot be conducted due to local authorities not allowing access, closed roads due to any event, or if weather conditions make the tours impossible, Wtatil cannot be held responsible. Some tours may be conducted using public transport or on foot in areas where vehicle access is not permitted. 7- Our guide reserves the right to change the dates of city tours and/or additional tours depending on the number of participants, the closure status of museums and archaeological sites. This also applies to changes that may occur in flight times. 8- Important considerations for the tours to be conducted with speed boats: heavy meals should not be eaten immediately before boarding, and excessive amounts of water should not be consumed. Guests with stomach, back, neck issues, or pregnant guests should inform their guides of their conditions. 9- No refunds are available if participation in tour or meal services included in the package is not provided. About Flights 10- Wtatil acts as an intermediary between the airline and the passenger, and in case of any disputes, the relevant provisions of Turkish legislation as well as the Hague Protocol and the Warsaw Convention will apply. 11- Delays or changes in flight schedules may occur for scheduled and charter flights. Wtatil is obliged to inform of these changes as soon as possible. The guest has accepted the risk of flight schedule changes/cancellations when purchasing the trip. 12- Children aged 0-2 only pay the airport tax fee. 13- According to airline regulations, if the outbound flight of tickets purchased round trip is not used, the return flight will be canceled by the airline. 14- Check-in and boarding procedures for those participating in flights are personal responsibilities, and these procedures must be carried out by the guest at the airports or via the airline's websites before the flight. 15- Last-minute delays and gate changes during flights are announced via sound and displayed on information boards at the airport. This information must be followed by the guests themselves. 16- Wtatil is not responsible for guests who are not present at the specified airport at the designated times according to airline regulations for participation in the tour, and who do not carry out check-in and boarding procedures on time, or who carry them out on time but do not board the plane. All costs related to obtaining new round-trip tickets and transfers in the destination area for guests who miss their flights are their responsibility. 17- The general baggage weight for flights departing from Turkey is 20 kg. This weight may vary according to the airline and the destination country. If there are domestic flights at the destination, this baggage weight may decrease to 15 kg. Extra baggage weight/price rules are determined by the airlines and are not the responsibility of Wtatil. 18- Guests wishing to upgrade their tickets using miles (to business or first class) may do so depending on the availability of the airline (please check with the airline to which you are a member) after the tickets have been issued. No mileage guarantees are given for each flight. Please check whether the program's tickets are upgradeable. 19- Meals and online check-in services may be subject to an extra charge with some airlines. Other Matters 20- Wtatil will not accept responsibility for any changes or cancellations made directly by the guest with the hotel. In this case, Wtatil's cancellation conditions will apply. 21- In cases where hotels are specified only by category information or presented as options for the same destination without mentioning hotel names, the hotel name will be communicated to the guest by Wtatil 48 hours before the tour departure. 22- During special periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be located further away than the specified locations or kilometers. In this case, Wtatil will inform the guest 15 days before the tour departure. 23- During the registration process for the purchased tour; the guest must correctly enter/declare the name as it appears on the passport, date of birth, and passport number in the system. Airline tickets are issued based on this information. Any penalty fees resulting from incorrect information will be charged to the guest. 24- To use mobile phones abroad, guests should check with their service provider before leaving Turkey to ensure their phone is activated for international use. 25- The hotel check-in time is 15:00 and the check-out time is 12:00. 26- Wtatil will communicate any requests regarding the room (e.g., high floor, close to common areas, smoking/non-smoking, bed type) to the hotel. Efforts will be made to ensure that the reserved rooms align with the guest's preferences based on the hotel's availability. The fulfillment of these requests depends on the availability at check-in, and Wtatil cannot guarantee them. 27- Breakfasts offered at hotels may differ from the rich Turkish breakfast accustomed to. They are generally served as a continental breakfast consisting of a limited selection of butter, jam, bread, tea or coffee, and may be served in a separate hall allocated for groups. 28- In some cases, there may be a double bed instead of a twin bed. Most European hotels offer rooms with two beds that can be combined if necessary. 29- Child and extra bed policies may vary depending on each hotel and room type. 30- Any additional bed and baby crib shall be provided upon request and according to the hotel’s availability, and must be approved by the hotel. 31- The capacity for additional beds or baby cribs in a room is 1 unit (maximum). 32- In triple rooms, there is an application for an additional bed, and the bed allocated to the 3rd person in such rooms is smaller than standard beds. Triple rooms consist of 1 large bed + 1 additional bed. Additional beds consist of folding and coach beds. Our guests declare that they accept the discomfort and bed types that may arise due to additional beds added to standard rooms in triple room and/or child reservations. 33- If the number of children accompanying adults in hotel reservations and the ages of the children are declared incorrectly by our guests, the relevant hotels may charge additional fees. In such cases, the responsibility lies with the guest who provided the incorrect declaration. The hotel may request identification to determine children's ages. 34- In reservations for 2 adults + 1 child, there may not be a separate bed for the child. Child rates only apply if the child is accompanied by two adults. Child discounts are only valid for “single children” who are of the age group accompanying two adults. 35- Daily exchange rates are reflected in TL prices. Rates applicable at the time of payment are valid. Any additional requests and extra services (minibar, ironing, etc.) provided by the hotel will be subject to additional charges. These expenses are not included in the price at the time of booking and are paid directly to the hotel during your stay. 36- Some countries may have different applications regarding city, tourism, or local taxes. Any city, tourism, or other taxes applicable in this way will be collected from the guest by the hotel upon entry or exit. 37- The distances provided in programs are based on maps. Travel times may be extended due to traffic, weather conditions, the geographical situation of the country visited, road works, and other conditions. 38- Wtatil may change the order of cities in the program or the primary airline to be flown without altering the content of the program in case of necessity or at its discretion. 39- The personal belongings, bags, suitcases, passports/identifications of participants in the tour are the responsibility of the guests, and Wtatil is not responsible for forgotten/lost/stolen items. If forgotten items are found, the costs incurred during their delivery to the country and/or person are the responsibility of the item owner. 40- Guests participating in the tour are required to carry their travel health insurance policies and any related medications and reports for any health issues they may have. 41- For possible extra expenses, a photo-ID or passport issued by official institutions and a credit card or cash deposit may be required by the hotel upon check-in. The refund of the deposit requested at check-out is a procedure between the hotel and the guest, and Wtatil has no intervention in this process. Visa and Passport 42- There is no visa application for Turkish citizens. 43- Guests must ensure that their passports are valid for at least 6 months beyond the travel end date. 44- For customs crossings/border checkpoints, at least 2 blank pages must be available in your passport for entry/exit stamps to be printed. 45- Being exempt from visa requirements for entry into these countries does not guarantee entry/exit from the country, as the passport police have the authority to deny entry/exist. Wtatil cannot be held responsible for this situation, and the responsibility lies with the passenger. 46- Guests who are not Turkish citizens or who have dual citizenship and will participate in the tour using another country's passport should consult the relevant consulates about the visa procedure of the country being traveled to; otherwise, Wtatil will not be held responsible for any consequences that may arise. 47- Passports that are torn, worn, wet, or otherwise damaged must be renewed to avoid issues with customs police at the border of the country to be visited. Otherwise, the responsibility lies with the passenger. 48- Guests under 18 years old traveling alone or with only one parent should be aware that border police may ask for a document showing both parents' joint consent; thus, guests under 18 and their parents should be sensitive to this matter.
