About Flights
- Wtatil is an intermediary between the airline and the passenger, and in potential disputes, besides the relevant provisions of Turkish legislation, the Hague Protocol and Warsaw Convention will apply.
- Delays or flight time changes may occur in scheduled and charter flights. Wtatil is obligated to inform the guest of such changes as soon as possible. The passenger has accepted the risk of flight time changes/cancellations by purchasing the trip.
- Children aged 0-2 only pay the airport tax.
- According to airline regulations; if the outbound flight of round-trip purchased plane tickets is not used, the return flight will be canceled by the airline.
- Check-in and boarding procedures for those participating in flights are personal matters, and these must be done by the guest at the airports, at the relevant airline counters, or online on the airline's website before the flight.
- Last-minute delays and gate changes in flights are announced audibly at airports and displayed on information boards in the area. This information should be followed by the guests themselves.
- Wtatil is not responsible for passengers who are not present at the designated airport at the published times in accordance with airline regulations for participating in the tour, who do not complete check-in and boarding processes on time, or who complete these processes but do not board the plane. All expenses regarding obtaining new round-trip flight tickets and transfers in the destination area for guests who miss the flight are their responsibility.
- In general, the baggage weight for flights departing from Turkey is 20 kg. This weight may vary depending on the airline and the country of destination. If there are domestic flights in the destination country, the baggage weight may drop to 15 kg on those flights. Excess baggage weight/price rules are determined by the airlines and are not the responsibility of Wtatil.
- For our guests wishing to upgrade their tickets with miles (to business or first class); upgrade transactions can be made depending on the availability of the airline once the tickets are issued (please check the airline you are a member of). Mileage guarantees are not provided for every flight. Please check if the tickets for the program are in an upgradeable class.

Efforts will be made to accommodate the reserved rooms according to the guest's preferences, subject to hotel availability. Fulfillment of these requests depends on availability at the time of check-in and cannot be guaranteed by Wtatil.
- Breakfast provided at hotels may differ from the rich traditional Turkish breakfast. It is generally served as a continental breakfast consisting of limited options such as butter, jam, bread, tea or coffee and may be served in a separate room designated for groups.
- In some cases, due to hotel conditions, a double bed might be provided instead of two single beds. Many European hotels offer rooms with two beds that can be combined when necessary.

- The maximum capacity for additional beds or baby cots in a room is one (1).
- In triple rooms, there is an application for an extra bed, where the bed allocated for the 3rd person is smaller than standard beds. Triple rooms consist of 1 large bed + 1 extra bed. Guests affirm their understanding of the tightness and bed types that may result from the extra beds added to standard rooms in reservations for triple rooms and/or with children.
- If the number of children and their ages accompanying adults in hotel reservations is incorrectly declared by our guests, the relevant hotels may charge extra fees. In such cases, the responsibility lies with the guest who made the incorrect declaration. Hotels may request identification for age verification of children.
- In reservations for 2 adults and 1 child, there may not be a separate bed for the child. Child prices are only valid if the child is accommodated with two adults. Child discounts apply only for "single child" staying with two adults who fit the age group.

- Being exempt from a visa for entry into the countries in this tour does not guarantee that you will be allowed to enter/exist the country, as the passport police have the authority to deny you entry or exit. Wtatil is not responsible for this; the responsibility lies with the traveler.
- Guests who are not Turkish citizens or who have dual citizenship and plan to join the tour using another country's passport should directly consult with the relevant consulates regarding the visa procedures of the country they will be traveling to; otherwise, Wtatil will not be responsible for resulting issues.
