Day 1: Istanbul-Tehran
Meeting at 08:15 at the Mahan Airlines counter at Istanbul New Airport International Departures terminal. After our luggage and passport procedures, we will depart for Tehran at 11:00 on Mahan Airlines flight W5113. Arrival in Tehran at 14:30. Then we will depart for Bangkok at 21:40 on Mahan Airlines flight W5051.
Day 2: Tehran-Bangkok
After breakfast on the plane, we will arrive at Bangkok Suvarnabhumi Airport at 08:20 local time. We will meet our guide at the airport and transfer to our special vehicles for a city tour of Bangkok. During our panoramic city tour of Bangkok, we will visit some of the notable places such as the Golden Buddha Temple, the flower market, Chinatown, the Parliament Building, and the Democracy Monument. This tour provides an opportunity to get to know Bangkok's exotic beauty and the influence of Buddhism on Thailand more closely. After the tour, we will transfer to our hotel for room distribution and settling in. Guests who wish can join our optional Bangkok Canals tour. In the evening, guests may join the Baiyoke tour for an additional fee.

This tour is essential to fully experience Bangkok. During the tour, we will explore the historic canals of Bangkok on our private boat, where we will see fascinating views that you can’t find anywhere else in the world. You will closely observe the life of the Thai people on the canals and witness the blending of the rich and the poor in Thailand. We will feed sacred catfish in front of one of the temples.
Optional Tour: Baiyoke Sky Tour with Dinner & Asiatique Riverfront Night Market: Per Person 50 Euros
This tour takes place at Baiyoke Sky, the tallest building in Thailand, standing at 309 meters. Enjoy a buffet dinner in the restaurant on the 77th floor with a stunning view of the entire city. Following dinner, we will go to Asiatique, Bangkok's newest entertainment center that blends history and modernity, built in the area where the first trade between Thailand and overseas European countries was held, with over 1500 shops and restaurants. Free time for shopping and then transfer back to the hotel.
Day 3: Bangkok
After breakfast, there will be free time. Guests who wish can participate in the optional Floating Market Tour during the day, and in the evening, also optionally join the Chao Praya Dinner Cruise. Overnight at our hotel.
Optional Tour: Floating Market Tour Per Person: 50 Euros
In this tour, we will leave Bangkok and first stop at a coconut farm in the town of Samut Songkram, known for being the birthplace of the world-famous Siam Twins. Here, we learn about how the Thai people benefit from coconut trees and can see souvenirs made from this tree. You can also visit the orchid garden inside. After leaving, a 10-minute bus ride will take us to the pier where Thai-style boats are departing. We will board the boats for a pleasant half-hour ride, accompanied by beautiful exotic Eastern views, before reaching the famous Floating Market that has appeared on magazine covers and documentaries, where you will see and have the chance to shop at the open market set up in canoes. On our way back to Bangkok, we will taste Thailand’s most famous tropical fruits.
Optional Tour: Chao Praya Dinner Cruise: Per Person 50 Euros
In this tour, a live music dinner awaits you on our boat, which is 41 meters wide, on the kings river of Bangkok, known as the Venice of the East. After our dinner, we will transfer back to our hotel. Overnight at our hotel.
Day 4: Bangkok - Pattaya
After breakfast, we will head to Pattaya. We will visit the world-famous jewelry factory belonging to the royal family and then arrive at Pattaya, Thailand’s most famous entertainment destination. Transfer to the hotel and free time. Guests who wish may join our optional Elephant Safari and Crocodile Farm tour. After the tour, guests who wish can also join the optional world-famous ALCAZAR SHOW tour. Overnight at your hotel.

In this beautiful cabaret show in Thailand's Lido style, we enjoy a wonderful evening filled with changing stage decorations, changing costumes of dancers, and a magnificent light and sound system.
Day 5: Pattaya
After breakfast, there will be free time. Guests who wish can join our optional Coral Island Tour or Nong Nooch Botanical Garden tour. Overnight at our hotel.

Endless sun and ocean enjoyment... We go to Coral Island, formed of coral dust and surrounded by palm trees, with our special speedboats from the Pattaya beach, where we will swim all day in turquoise waters. Lunch consists of grilled fish, shepherd’s salad, and tropical fruits.
Optional Tour: Nong Nooch Tropical Botanical Garden: Per Person 40 Euros
In this magnificent tropical garden, which has won the award for the best organized garden in Thailand for years, we guarantee you will take many photos. First, we will watch a cultural show where we will closely learn about Thai culture, including Thai dances, Muay Thai demonstrations, and reenactments of historical battles, before moving on to the second section, where we will watch the stunning show of elephants. You will be amazed at the skills of these charming animals, the symbol of Thailand. Then we will tour the enchanting garden and see various species of orchids in the special section.
Day 6: Pattaya - Phuket
After breakfast, we will transfer to the airport at the indicated time by our guide. After ticket and luggage procedures, we will begin a pleasant journey of approximately 1.5 hours to Phuket with local airlines. Arrival in Phuket and transfer to our hotel with our special vehicle. Guests who wish may join our optional Siam Niramit Show tour in the evening.

Before the show, we will have an open buffet dinner, then proceed to the theater area where the show takes place. The Siam Niramit Show presents Thailand's culture and history with unique choreography, featuring a huge stage that is recognized in the Guinness Book of Records, a cast of over 150 dancers, and the latest stage technology in the world, promising an unforgettable evening for the audience. We will watch the storytelling of Thai culture through dazzling costumes, aerial ballet, acrobatics, and dramatic lighting and stage decorations in a magical atmosphere.
Day 7: Phuket
After breakfast, free time. Guests who wish can join the optional James Bond Island and Canoeing tour, departing at 07:30. Overnight at our hotel.

We will have the chance to see some of the world's most beautiful geological formations with our authentic boats while traveling to James Bond Island. Upon arrival, we can see the locations where James Bond films were shot and have the opportunity to shop. We will have lunch at a seafood restaurant on our way back.
Day 8: Phuket
After breakfast, free time. Guests who wish can join the optional Phi Phi Island Tour. Overnight at our hotel.

We organize a full-day trip to perhaps Thailand's most exotic island with a speedboat. With our speedboats, we quickly reach Phi Phi Don, one of the two paradise coral islands near Phuket. Here, we will see macaques on Monkey Beach and have opportunities to swim and snorkel with thousands of colorful fish. We will have time to swim and sunbathe in Maya Bay, where parts of Leonardo DiCaprio's film The Beach were filmed, surrounded by palm trees and pristine turquoise waters. Afterward, we will visit Viking Cave and have lunch on Phi Phi Island.
Day 9: Phuket - Bangkok - Tehran - Istanbul
In the morning, we will transfer to the airport at the time indicated by our guide. After ticket and luggage procedures, we will depart for Tehran on Mahan Airlines flight W5050 at 22:20. Arrival in Tehran at 02:15 local time. After that, we will depart for Istanbul on Mahan Airlines' scheduled flight at 06:30. Arrival at Istanbul New Airport at 09:30, marking the end of our tour.

GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1- The General Terms are an integral part of the tour program and cannot be considered independently from the tour program.
2- In the event that sufficient participation is not achieved for the trip, Wtatil may cancel the tour up to 21 days prior to the tour date. In such a case, the cancellation information will be communicated to the guest. The full cost of the tour will be refunded to the guest. For additional services purchased outside of the tour; the domestic flight connection purchased from Wtatil will also be refunded to the guest, however, if a visa service has been utilized for the guest, a refund cannot be made as those services have been used. If a visa application has not been made, the visa and travel health insurance can be canceled and a refund will be made. If the guest has purchased the domestic flight connection from a different service provider independent of Wtatil, they cannot request any refund from Wtatil in case the tour is canceled by Wtatil. The guest accepts in advance any material and moral losses that may occur due to the cancellation of the tour when they purchase the tour and Wtatil cannot be held responsible.
3- In case sufficient participation is not achieved for the trip, Wtatil has the right to show goodwill by not canceling the tour. In this case, since the tour will be provided individually for the guest, the included guiding service will only cover the airport transfers for the international arrival and departure.
Cancellations and Changes
4- Guests have the right to cancel without penalty as long as they notify Wtatil in writing at least 30 days before the departure date of the tour, except for airline tickets that have been paid and/or committed to by Wtatil. If the cancellation is made within 31 days prior to the start date of the trip, a penalty of 50% of the remaining tour fee from the airfare is applicable, and if the cancellation occurs 15 days or less prior to the start date of the trip, the entire tour fee must be paid as a penalty. In case of a cancellation request, the refund conditions for additional services such as domestic flight connections, visa services, and travel health insurance may vary according to the time the cancellation is requested, so it is necessary to inquire about the refund. Wtatil cannot make any commitments regarding the refund of additional services.
Guiding Services and Extra Tours
5- The days and times of the tours specified in the program can be changed by the guide according to the opening/closing status of the museums and sites to be visited, and weather conditions. Different guides may accompany guests during the tours.
6- Panoramic city tours included in the tour package are organized for the general introduction of the cities and are made through guided narration from within the vehicle without including museum or site entrances, lasting a maximum of 2-3 hours. If the panoramic tours cannot be conducted due to local authorities not allowing the tours to be visited or due to closed roads for any event or due to weather conditions making the tours impossible, Wtatil cannot be held responsible for these tours not taking place. Some tours may be conducted using public transportation or on foot if vehicles are not allowed in certain areas or due to closed roads.
7- Our guide may change the days of the city tour and/or additional tours based on the number of participants and the closure status of the museum and site, depending on the content of our tours. This situation is also valid in case of any changes occurring in flight times.
8- Important considerations for tours conducted with speed boats include; avoiding heavy meals and excessive water intake just before boarding the vessel. Guests with stomach, back, and neck problems, as well as pregnant guests, must inform their guides about their conditions.
9- There is no refund if the services included in the prices are not participated in, such as tours or meal services.
About Flights
10- Wtatil acts as an intermediary between the airline and the passenger, and in the event of any disputes, the relevant provisions of Turkish legislation, as well as the Hague Protocol and the Warsaw Convention, shall apply.
11- Delays or changes in flight times may occur on scheduled and charter flights. Wtatil is obliged to inform about these changes as soon as possible. The passenger has accepted the risk of change/cancellation of flight times when purchasing the trip.
12- Children aged 0-2 only pay an airport tax fee.
13- According to airline rules, if the outbound flight of round-trip tickets is not used, the return flight will be canceled by the airline.
14- Check-in and boarding procedures for participants on flights are personal processes and must be carried out by the guests at the airports, at the relevant airline counters, or online via the airline company's website before the flight.
15- Last-minute delays and gate changes in flights are announced audibly at the airports and shown on information boards. This information must be personally monitored by the guests.
16- For guests who are not present at the specified airport at the designated times according to the airline's rules, those who do not carry out check-in and boarding procedures in time or those who do check-in and boarding procedures in time but do not board the plane, Wtatil cannot be held responsible for their inability to carry out the flight. All expenses related to obtaining new round-trip tickets required for guests who miss the flight and other expenses related to transfers in the destination area are the responsibility of the guests.
17- The general baggage allowance for flights departing from Turkey is 20 kg. This weight may vary depending on the airline and the country of destination. If there are domestic flights in the destination country, this baggage weight may drop to 15 kg. Excess baggage weight/price rules are determined by the airlines and are not the responsibility of Wtatil.
18- For guests who want to upgrade their ticket with miles (to business or first class); upgrade procedures can be carried out depending on the availability of the airline (check with the airline to which you are a member) after the tickets are issued. There is no guarantee of miles for every flight. Check whether the tickets for the program are in an upgradeable class.
19- Some airlines may charge extra fees for food and online check-in services.
Other Matters
20- Wtatil will not accept responsibility for any change or cancellation made by the guest directly with the hotel. In this case, Wtatil's cancellation conditions will be valid.
21- In cases where only category information is provided in the tour program without naming the hotel(s) or where options are presented for the same destination, the hotel(s) will be notified by Wtatil 48 hours before the trip departure.
22- During special periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events, or sports tournaments, hotels may be located further than the specified locations or kilometers. In such a case, Wtatil will inform the guests 15 days prior to the departure date of the tour.
23- At the time of purchasing the tour, guests must correctly enter/disclose their name as it appears on the passport, date of birth, and passport number in the system. Plane tickets will be issued according to this information. Cancellation or changes to flight tickets due to incorrect information will be charged to guests.
24- To use your mobile phone abroad, please ensure that your phone is activated for international usage before leaving Turkey by contacting your service provider.
25- The check-in time for accommodation is 15:00, and the check-out time is 12:00.
26- Requests regarding the room (such as high floor, near common areas, smoking/non-smoking, bed type) made by Wtatil will be communicated to the hotel. Care is taken to ensure that reserved rooms adhere to the guest's preferences according to the hotel's availability. The fulfillment of these requests depends on availability at check-in and cannot be guaranteed by Wtatil.
27- Breakfasts offered in hotels may differ from the rich Turkish breakfast. They are generally served as limited options, commonly referred to as continental breakfast, consisting of butter, jam, bread, tea or coffee, and may be served in a separate room allocated for groups.
28- In some cases, a double room may consist of a double bed instead of two twin beds. Most European hotels offer rooms that can be two twin beds that can be combined if necessary.
29- The child and extra bed policy may differ from hotel to hotel, and by room types.
30- Any extra beds and baby cots are provided upon request and subject to hotel availability and must be approved by the hotel.
31- The maximum capacity for extra beds or baby cots in the room is 1 (one).
32- In triple rooms, there is an extra bed application, and the bed allocated to the third person in such rooms is smaller than standard beds. Triple rooms consist of 1 large bed + 1 extra bed. Extra beds consist of folding or coach beds. Guests accept that they have acknowledged the potential crowding and bed type due to extra beds added to standard rooms in triple room reservations and/or reservations with children.
33- If the number of children and their ages staying with adults in hotel reservations are incorrectly declared by our guests, the related hotels may charge additional fees. In such a case, the responsibility lies with the guest who made the incorrect statement. The hotel may request identification to verify the ages of children.
34- In reservations for 2 adults + 1 child, a separate bed may not be available for the child. Child prices are only valid if the child stays alongside two adults. Child discounts apply only to one “single child” within the age group who stays with two adults.
35- Daily currency fluctuations will be reflected in TL prices. The rates applicable at the time of payment are valid. Additional requests and some extra services you receive at the hotel (minibar, ironing, etc.) may incur extra charges imposed by the hotel. These costs are not included in the purchase price and are paid directly to the hotel during your stay.
36- Some countries have different practices regarding city, tourism, or local taxes. Any city, tourism, or other taxes implemented in such a manner will be charged to the guest by the hotel during check-in or check-out.
37- The distances mentioned in the programs are based on maps. Travel times may extend due to traffic, weather conditions, the geographical location of the visited country, road works, and other conditions.
38- Wtatil may change the order of the cities in the program or the main airline to be flown, without altering the content of the program in necessary situations or as deemed appropriate.
39- The personal belongings, bags, luggage, passports/identifications of participants in the tour are under their own responsibility, and Wtatil is not responsible for any forgotten/lost/stolen items. In case of any found forgotten items, the costs incurred in delivering the items to the country and/or to the person are the responsibility of the item owner.
40- Participants in the tour are required to have their travel health insurance policies and any medications or reports related to any health issues with them at all times.
41- For any potential extra expenditures, hotels may request a photo ID/passport issued by official institutions and a credit card or cash deposit upon check-in; the refund of the deposit requested upon check-out is a transaction between the hotel and the guest that Wtatil has no intervention in.
Visa and Passport
42- There is no visa requirement for Turkish citizens.
43- Guests must ensure that their passports are valid for at least 6 months after the end date of travel.
44- To allow for immigration stamps to be printed on your passport at customs crossings/border gates, there must be at least 2 blank pages in your passport.
45- Exemption from visa for entry into the countries on this tour does not mean that entry/exit can be guaranteed; the passport police have the authority to deny entry/exit, and Wtatil is not responsible for this situation; the responsibility lies with the passenger.
46- Guests who are not Turkish citizens or who have dual citizenship and are participating in the tour using their other country's passport must consult the relevant consulates about the visa procedures the country they are traveling to applies to their passport; otherwise, Wtatil will not be responsible for any resulting consequences.
47- To avoid problems with customs police at the border of the country to be visited due to torn, worn, wet, or similarly damaged passports, passports should be renewed. Otherwise, the responsibility lies with the passenger.
48- Guests under the age of 18 who will travel alone or with only one parent must be aware that they may be asked to provide a letter of consent from both parents when entering/exiting a country; it is recommended that guests under 18 and their parents show sensitivity to this issue.
