7 Night Bangkok-Pattaya-Phuket Tour with Saudi Airlines - Special Semester

GENERAL TERMS 1- General Terms are an integral part of the tour program and cannot be considered independently from the tour program. 2- In the event that sufficient participation for the trip is not achieved, Wtatil may cancel the tour no later than 21 days before the date of travel. In such a case, the cancellation information will be communicated to the guest. The full amount of the tour fee will be refunded to the guest. For additional services purchased outside of the tour; any domestic flight connections purchased from Wtatil will also be refunded to the guest, whereas the visa services will not be refunded if the visa application has been made on behalf of the guest using travel health insurance, as these services are considered utilized; if the visa application has not been made, the visa and travel health insurance will be canceled, and the fee will be refunded. If the guest has purchased the domestic flight connection from a different provider independently from Wtatil, they cannot request any refund from Wtatil in the event of the trip being canceled by Wtatil. The guest acknowledges and accepts in advance any financial and moral losses that may arise due to the cancellation of the tour when purchasing it, and Wtatil cannot be held responsible. 3- In case sufficient participation for the trip is not achieved, Wtatil has the right to show goodwill by not canceling the tour. In this case, since the provision of the tour will only be arranged individually for the guest, the package includes guided services that will only cover the foreign round-trip airport transfer. Cancellation and Change 4- Our guests have the right to cancel without penalty by notifying Wtatil in writing at least 30 days prior to the tour departure date, excluding the unrelated airline tickets for which Wtatil has made payments and/or commitments. If there are less than 31 days remaining until the start of the trip, they can cancel by paying a penalty of 50% of the remaining tour fee based on the cost of the flight ticket, and if there are 15 days or less remaining until the start of the trip, they can cancel by paying the entire tour fee as a penalty. In the case of requesting cancellation, since the refund conditions for additional services such as domestic flight connections, visa services, travel health insurance may vary depending on the period of cancellation request, it is necessary to inquire in advance about the refund conditions. Wtatil cannot make any commitments for the refund of additional services. Guided Services and Extra Tours 5- The days and times of the tours mentioned in the program may be changed by the guide depending on the opening/closing status of museums and archaeological sites at the visited places and weather conditions. During the tours, different guides may accompany our guests. 6- The panoramic city tours included in the tour package are conducted for the general introduction of cities and are done panoramically with a guide's narration from the vehicle, without including museum or archaeological site entrances, and last for a maximum of 2-3 hours. Panoramic tours may not take place in case local authorities do not allow visits due to closed paths or any event, or if the tour becomes impossible to perform due to weather conditions. Some tours may be conducted via public transportation or on foot where closed roads or restricted vehicle access exist. 7- Our guide may make changes on the days of city tours and/or additional tours depending on the number of participants and whether the museum or archaeological site is closed. This situation also applies to potential changes in flight times. 8- Guests participating in tours by Speed Boats should take care not to eat heavy meals or drink excessive amounts of water immediately before boarding the boat. Guests with stomach, back, or neck issues, as well as pregnant guests, must inform the guide of their conditions. 9- There will be no refunds for services included in the price if they are not utilized, such as tours or meal services. Flights Information 10- Wtatil acts as an intermediary between the airline and the passenger, and in case of any disputes, the relevant provisions of Turkish legislation, as well as the Hague Protocol and the Warsaw Convention, will apply. 11- Delays or changes in the flight times may occur in scheduled and charter flights. Wtatil is obliged to notify these changes as soon as possible. The passenger accepts the risk of changes/cancellations in flight times when purchasing the trip. 12- Children aged 0-2 only pay the airport tax. 13- According to airline regulations, if the outbound flight of a round-trip ticket is not used, the return flight will be canceled by the airline. 14- Check-in and boarding procedures for passengers participating in flights are personal responsibilities, and these procedures must be completed by the guests at the airport at the airline counters or online via the airline's websites before the flight. 15- Last-minute delays and gate changes during flights are announced audibly at the airports and displayed on information boards in the area. This information should be followed up by the guests personally. 16- Wtatil is not responsible for guests who are not present at the specified airport at the designated times, do not complete check-in and boarding procedures on time, or have completed these procedures but fail to board the plane. Any expenses incurred for obtaining new round-trip tickets or transfers necessary for guests who miss their flight will be their responsibility. 17- The general baggage weight for outbound flights from Turkey is 20 kg. This weight may vary according to the airline and the destination country. If there are domestic flights within the destination country, this baggage weight may drop to 15 kg. Excess luggage weight/price rules are determined by the airlines and are not the responsibility of Wtatil. 18- For guests wishing to upgrade their tickets with miles (to business or first class), the upgrade process may take place depending on the availability of the airline after the tickets are issued (check your membership with the airline). No guarantee is given for upgrade availability for each flight. Check if the tickets for the program are eligible for upgrade. 19- Some airlines may charge extra fees for food and beverage and online check-in services. Other Matters 20- Wtatil will not accept any responsibility for any changes or cancellations made directly by the guest through the hotel. In this case, Wtatil’s cancellation conditions will apply. 21- In cases where hotels are listed only with category information without specifying names, or where optional options are provided for the same destination, this will be communicated to the guest by Wtatil 48 hours before the departure of the trip. 22- During special periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events, or sports tournaments, hotels may be located further from the specified locations or kilometers. In such cases, Wtatil will provide notice 15 days prior to the departure of the tour. 23- When registering for the purchased tour, it is required for the guest to accurately enter/declare the name as it appears on the passport, date of birth, and passport number in the system. Flight tickets are issued based on this information. Any penalties incurred from the erroneous information leading to cancellations or changes of flight tickets will be charged to the guests. 24- Before departing from Turkey, make sure your mobile phone is enabled for international use by contacting your service provider. 25- The hotel check-in time is 15:00, and the check-out time is 12:00. 26- Requests regarding the room made by Wtatil (high floor, proximity to common areas, smoking/non-smoking, bed type) will be communicated to the hotel. Care will be taken for the reserved rooms to meet the guests' preferences according to the hotel's availability. The fulfillment of these requests depends on the availability at the time of check-in and cannot be guaranteed by Wtatil. 27- Breakfast provided by hotels may differ from the rich breakfast traditionally associated with Turkish cuisine. It is generally offered as limited options consisting of butter, jam, bread, tea or coffee, called continental breakfast, and may be served in a separate room assigned for the group. 28- In some cases, a double room may consist of a double bed instead of twin beds. Most European hotels offer rooms with two beds that can be joined if necessary. 29- Child and extra bed policies may vary from hotel to hotel, depending on room types. 30- Any extra beds and baby cots are provided upon request and subject to the hotel's availability and must be approved by the hotel. 31- The capacity for additional beds or baby cots in the room is a maximum of one. 32- In triple rooms, there is an additional bed application; the bed assigned to the third person in such rooms is smaller than standard beds. Triple rooms consist of one large bed and one additional bed. Guests acknowledge and accept that they will experience crowding and issues related to bed types due to the additional beds added to standard rooms in reservations for triple rooms and/or those with children. 33- If the number of children and their ages stated in hotel reservations for adults are incorrectly declared by the guests, the relevant hotels may charge additional fees. In such a case, the responsibility rests with the guest who made the incorrect declaration. Hotels may request identification for age verification for children. 34- In reservations for 2 adults + 1 child, there may not be a separate bed for the child. Child rates are only valid in the presence of two adults. Child discounts apply only to the eligible age group for the "only child" accompanying two adults. 35- Any fluctuations in currency exchange rates during the day are reflected in the TL prices. The exchange rates at the time of payment are valid. Additional requests and some extra services (minibar, ironing, etc.) obtained during your stay may incur extra charges. These expenses are not included in the purchase and will be paid directly to the hotel during your stay. 36- Some countries have different practices regarding city, tourism, or local taxes. Any such city, tourism, or other taxes that are being applied will be collected from the guest by the hotel either upon entry or exit. 37- The travel distances given in the programs are based on maps. The duration of travel may be extended due to factors such as traffic, weather conditions, geographical location of the visited country, road works, and conditions. 38- Wtatil may change the order of cities in the program and the main airline to be flown as deemed necessary without altering the content of the program in case of mandatory situations or at its discretion. 39- The personal belongings, bags, suitcases, passports/identification of the participants in the tour are their own responsibility, and Wtatil is not responsible for forgotten/lost/stolen items. If forgotten items are found, any expenses related to delivering them to the country and/or the owner are the responsibility of the item owner. 40- Participants in the tour are required to carry their travel health insurance policies and any medications and reports related to health issues with them. 41- For any additional expenses, during check-in at the hotel, official institutions may request a photo ID/passport and a credit card or cash deposit, which will be required by the hotel. The deposit requested upon check-out will be reimbursed and this transaction is between the hotel and the guest, and Wtatil has no involvement. Visa and Passport 42- There is no visa application for Turkish citizens. 43- Guests' passports must be valid for at least 6 months from the date of travel. 44- For customs crossings/border points, there must be at least 2 blank pages in your passport for the entry-exit stamps to be applied. 45- Being exempted from the visa requirement for entry into the countries in this tour does not mean that entry/exit will be allowed; the passport police have the authority to deny entry/exit, and Wtatil is not responsible for this situation; the responsibility lies with the traveler. 46- Non-Turkish citizens or dual citizens who will participate in the tour using the other country's passport must personally inquire about the visa procedures applied by the country they will travel to with the relevant consulates; otherwise, Wtatil will not be responsible for any resulting consequences. 47- To avoid problems with customs police at the borders due to torn, worn, wet, or similarly damaged passports, passports need to be renewed. Otherwise, the responsibility lies with the traveler. 48- Guests under the age of 18 traveling alone or with only one parent must be prepared to present a document showing the joint consent of the parents as there may be inquiries from police officers at the country’s entry-exit points; therefore, minors and their parents are advised to pay attention to this matter.
